Rubbish kept getting error messages when installing app. Gave up in the end.
No sms to put code in so cant even get into app
Easy to book wrong location, then have to call to amend, and get charged for 2 taxis. Real hassle to get refund, not automatic

Can't book a taxi. Just crashes when I put in location.
No quick and easy self service terminal working at Leeds airport. And fast track for pre-bookings not manned! So not really much benefit pre-booking with the app!
Trying to book while I was at work, not from the my address where I will be setting off from, the GPS just won't allow me to enter my home address
It used to work now you can't complete payment. Please fix it
Journey entry works OK, then get to payment. Passes to 3D secure, as soon as keyboard appears so rest of screen blanks, impossible to enter code, cannot pay. Not been fixed in months.
Crashes when I try to change date/ time.
Infuriating, type all info in several times, 3d secure page goes invisible when trying to enter card details. Come on folks do some testing.
Doesn't like searching for an address outside of Leeds, no good if yu want to pre-book a taxi for a return from holiday.
the cost of your journeys are approximately 11% more expensive and the drivers are reluctant to pick up prepaid journeys as they get considerably less for that journey than if you had phoned for a taxi. I thought this would be a good app as I'm disabled and I sometimes cannot get to an ATM for ready cash. So paying by card sounds ideal until you realize the surcharge you pay for using the app is in an increased journey price. Most people are unaffected by this cost, I am not. I have also found the app to be a resource hog requiring wi-fi/data and gps and it eats your battery. I run it attached to the charger, so that I leave the house with full charge not 60-70%. It does not remember your favourite places, it forgets my home address despite being there most of the time. more work needs to be done
Advanced bookings are always late! Costs ten percent more to book via the app.
The app makes you pay in advance. When I still hadn't been allocated a car after 20 minutes, I tried to cancel. The cancel button just takes you to a page showing their phone number. A few days after calling and cancelling, I noticed the charge had not been refunded and had to chase them. It appears there is no automatic mechanism to refund cancelled taxis booked through the app. I'm now using Uber, it's far easier and much cheaper.
Bank authorisation page is impossible to read and cannot be zoomed.
Seems that location services drain the battery, it dropped by about 10% in the few minutes I had it running. Also agree that the account creation process is hard to do from a phone.
