No email address to be found anywhere on the app or the 'website' which isn't a website at all, just links to lots of apps. How are customers supposed to change their booking if they change their flight when they're abroad? This app forces you to phone the company whilst abroad. The system still doesn't recognise my postcode and I've lived there for 15 months and travelled with this company before. Not customer oriented at all 0/10

Not particularly smooth to book then once you finally get to the payment page it goes blank and no amount of refreshing or waiting allows you to enter final payment details. Finally gave up and completed booking on PC.

This is really hard work to use, from selecting the date and time. Using the map is a waste of time, no way to zoom in our out. And when you get to try and pay, the bank 3D page the screen disappears as you type the first character. I doubt I'll use it again.

Won't recognise my address, which isn't a colossal problem, but then when you get to payment verification i.e. 3d secure. The app loses the 3d secure window so you cannot complete the transaction.
