Terrible service, car never arrived and when I called the staff were dismissive and rude. Don't bother. Payment was taken and no service given, they are nothing but con artists and thieves.

I downloaded the app and registered my card. Three days later my card was debited fraudulently by Alpha Cars and then blocked by the card provider due to a 'mass compromise of the merchants systems'. If you must use this app, DO NOT register your card!

Omg where do I start. What is with the estimated price. Gives some driver's the chance to rip off passengers. We need to know true price like we did before. If you are going to go to cabs on meters then I am out. Last time I made the mistake of getting a metered cab cost me £13 to go from tesco three bridges to gossops green one way no stops or pick up anywhere else. Never done that since. Please tell me I was reading it wrong. Also can no longer put a card on the app which was there from the start.

The drivers abuse on the money they take from you if u ask to make a quick stop on the way to your destination. One of them took 15pounds extra for wait for me 15minutes. What a joke of costumer service.

Drivers often try to rip you off charging extra every time. The curious thing is, when you pay by card it charges you a reasonable amount for a cab, but when you choose to pay by cash the drivers ask for more at the end?! Curious.
