Very good Support and very Fast Replay ! I am enjoying it ! Probably the best app on the market to unblock regionally restricted media. This App actually works to unblock Netflix unlike others I have and gotten message from Netflix saying unblocked proxies check netflix website. Excellent customer service from Barny !

Would have rated 5 star if they fixed the resolution issue on my yoga pro, main screen is tiny and difficult to read. Android app is easy to use and I don't get too much noticeable lag. Update, now June 2016 and no improvement on the resolution front

This service does not work with all android devices. I know personally that it does not work with Samsung Galaxy S2 tablets. They know that the problem exists and have advised me that the can't find a fix. I left and went to ExpressVPN

I thought I'd finally found a legitimate VPN service, but I was wrong. First of all, the android app has no screen rotation ability. This is incredibly inconvenient when trying to use a tablet PC. The app also has... zero functionality. There no menu bar, no setting options, and no controls for selecting a VPN location. So what am I supposed to do with it? its literally just a big green screen with a logo and no other buttons or controls to use. I paid for my subscription, too. Very disappointed.

Does not work in my device. Fortunately the provider offers a lot of tutorials to setup VPN with your integrated android vpn feature (if not removed by your phone developer). The VPN provider is fast and offers good service just the android app sucks.

Very fast, and lots of exit nodes around the world. Only annoyance is that the app doesn't store your last used exit node. It defaults to the USA.

This app only worked for about 10 min and then stopped and I could no longer get connected. Also my maps still showed i was at home and not in Dallas TX like the app said.

As I say in the title. I've used this for ages but recently I noticed a huge problem. After starting it and logging in, then connecting to ANY server, I check and see that the key icon is in the notification area. Secured and ready! I go about my business using a browser usually. . .Then I notice that the key icon is no longer there! The vpn app isn't running any more and it has gone, closed, disappeared! !!............................................. Great! And so all of my traffic wasn't secured. I try again. It happens again. Sometimes it will last ten minutes or so, but most times it is gone and closed itself within a few minutes. You'll understand, this makes it TOTALLY USELESS! There is no security with an app that disobeys itself and closes without even letting you know! I really hope this can be fixed soon because I'm paying for a total vpn and now I cannot even use it, unless I'm home on my desktop. Boo!

Been browsing for a while now and I can only say good things: its fast, it hides me wonderfully meaning it works concerning hiding my ip and location and I can browse without restrictions. 9/10 because the interface could be more userfriendly but still very good as it is. Price is also good: 11 bucks a month isnt the world and billed yearly its even cheaper so I really cant complain.

This feels like a bad joke, stock up the android dev team, I am not paying 60$/year for this

I use this as a backup VPN on my Android phone. It's a backup because the mobile interface is basic at best. My primary VPN will automaticallly connect on unknown WiFi networks, looks for the fastest connection and can be accessed through the notification bar. IbVPN doesn't have any such features.

Not working well anymore, too slowly and server reply too long time, with Deta 4G not connected at all.

It's worthless. It connects then after few seconds it disconnects and again and again. I got tired of battling with this app. I'll just delete it.

The app works and at decent speeds, depending on your location. I see they added a few more servers since a couple of years ago, but they need more in Asia. HOWEVER, it doesn't save my email address and password even with the box ticked! It actually saves my Google account email address and no password. I have to log in every single time. First time I've seen this from any app. Using latest version on 4.4.2. Please fix. Update: expect a 50%-90% drop from your initial connection speed after you connect to any server (which frankly is common with any vpn provider that doesn't use its own servers). Their customer service though is great, very helpful.

Slimmed down compared to new PC client but that's a good thing for mobile. Keeps it simple and not a resource hog.

There is no way of paying for the VPN as the developer removed the in app purchase / Payment system

Congrats on less buggy app, very smooth now. It has the issue still with screen resizing on different screens. I am customer for over 3 years, great VPN overall.

I must uninstall this applocation because we cannot buy it using our google play wallet, to pay direct using our master card, it is risky.

I can log in with my account but can't connect to any server , the app was working with my Samsung s4 mobile but not working with Hawaii p9 plus also not working with Hawaii mate 8.

Great sense of confidence when using "free" wifi. It only costs you all your information to use it. This is way better!

Cant use it on rooted Medion smartphone.App dont stay in background and disconnects.

New update does not work with all android phones. Fingers crossed a new fix is out soon.

The app does not allow to chose the VPN protocol. Huawei tablets do not allow openVPN, hence the app is useless on those.

and I have used almost all the others out there and this is by far the most consistently fast and has many options. I give them #1 for paid vpn

When you can connect the speed is ok, keep getting error with username and password when connecting to a vpn, this is not a login issue

What an outdated app. On Windows it works but the app for android is terrible.

Allow screen permission appears where "ok" button not working.

Have only one problem and that is with Kodi and the VPN service

I'm using the android app and the windows all-in-one app and they both work fine.

I like the service so far. I'd have already bought a month to really try it out if I could pay via Google Play.

Great Support, mediocre app. Keeps losing the connection. You have to log off and back on constantly. Other VPNs don't do this.

I have used the IBVPN service for 4 years and this specific app 2. They have both worked perfectly.
