I love it when this app guides me step by step to do workout. It will be much better if there were background music so that workout would be more fun!
mmm is good app .but i dont have a chair .and it supposed an app sport for women not a "Man"so why the pic man? thats unsupportable
I like all the cardio.man! i sweat a lot doing all the cardio.thanks a lot. I hope my hips will get smaller after doing all this excercise since i gain weight last yr

It makes me in no need to go gym n' waste money and time, I can do the exercise when I want, but I have a comment that if added to it a specific healthy food it would be an amazing app
It never gives me my reminders. So me being busy would miss my schedule workout time that I'm trying to put in place....

Just started back on basic work out schedule. Combine these exercises with a interval cardio program and it works well. Great app.
This app is wow it works wonders on to your body but it can be hard sometimes but I'm hanging in there

I like this I felt sore the first day I did it, and I can tell in my body it's already helping toning. Only wish it had a timer for the plank.

This app s awesome. It has a timer which s very useful to do ex. And also it makes us to do other exes too . Awesome team.

I like that you don't need any machines and has a lot of core and cardio. However I wish there was more strength training exercises with weights and to target the arms. Also the side plank and wall sits are mixed up. There needs to be a timer for the plank exercises.
