it's a very bad App no connection with any device even samsung smart phone

I was looking for a product that work with Google's fitness app. This is not that product. The instructions in the box were clearly ran thru a bad translation.i figured it out after days of trial and error. Besides leaving much to be desired in the ease of use of use department, it is a function program. I would recommend with a warning.

App sucks. Caint change unit of messure doesn't wanna sink had this wrist band for a total of maybe an hour and thinking about getting money back. Spend a little more money and buy a better product.

I can't even change the time or date, the instructions are worthless and there is no customer support number. You can't change the weight from kg to lbs and the height is in cm instead of inches. Just very frustrating. I would give it zero stars if I could

The app barely works! Settings don't save at all. I've changed them over and over and they go back to default. The alarms don't work most of the time. It constantly tells me it's not connected to the device.

Very difficult to set-up sine there are no proper instructions. It needs constant pairing. It's interesting that I left the tracker in my desk drawer for a week and it still recorded activity on those days!!!!!!!! There is no support whatsoever. I though it was ok until it started giving false information. Nice packaging though.

Annoying won't store info and unpairs

This app and the fitness band it goes to are garbage. The app is in the imperial system, and the watch displays a 24hr time format. The device constantly unpairs. The app is complete garabage. It seems like it was quickly made but never finished. Save yourself a headache and invest in a better quality product with a better application.
