Works OK for reviewing account activity, but mobile deposit feature rarely works. App just hangs at verification screen. This is an important feature, they need to get the bugs fixed!

A piece of chrome doesn't allow you to focus your camera to take the pictures they need to deposit your checks, and the fault is always yours. Good luck to you if you even to work with this terrible program

Everything to UI to performance, this app doesn't compare to Bank of America or Chase. I regret moving away from the main stream banks. You get what you pay for!

I am a world traveler and I have never ever succeeded using this app outside the USA. From Montreal, to Bogota, to South Africa and Tokyo, I have been unable to open this app to check my balances. Every other banking app worked but not this.

1. Deposit interface value prompt does not have a decimal. Have to go to symbols keyboard. 2. Deposit did not save date value and prompted me to enter a new year; had to scroll to 2016 from year 1 AD. 3. Please let me save my username. Password I get, but username?

Works about half the time

This app is totally CRAPPY. Always asking to answer security questions and register devise even though I've been using it on one device for ages. I'm already tired of logging into my own account. Will just go to ATM or the branch to check balances than frustrating my life with this user UNFRIENDLY incompetent app

Whats the point of having the "show user name" function if the app wont remember it anyway? This is the most useless and annoying function of this app amongst other things. Why is it all my other banks can remember my user name if i request it to do so , but this one cant?

The Deposit Check feature works, but is essentially useless. If I deposit a check at a member credit union, it takes about two days to clear. If I deposit the same check with the mobile app, it takes about two weeks (although the money comes out of the account on which the check is drawn the same day.) The explanation I got from customer service is that the check deposited isn't "local." I guess that's because I'm in Georgia, and the mobile deposit goes to Florida. Ridiculous.

Access is denied when abroad for security reasons. this bank doesnt have a future in this world economy...

As soon as I upgraded to the latest version, I only get a black screen and app never opens!

As others has said, it keeps asking for secret questions, etc. even though you register the device. The problem is likely due to people using multiple devices, but that's what we do in 2015. We also use wi-fi so the ISP is constantly changing. Having a mobile app that assumes you aren't mobile is silly. Also check deposit not consistent. Worked perfectly a few times. Then last time, an error implied that it didn't work because I was in a well lit area?!?? So, I moved to darker and darker rooms until I was in a room so dark I could barely see the check and that is when it took the scan. Deposit didn't go through because the check was blurry. Well, duh. It just doesn't work

Working properly for me.

I downloaded the app today because for the last 3 days the funds transfer on the website has been broken (the website sucks too). I found the app does not have the "advanced" option to schedule a principal-only mortgage payment, so I can't make the extra payment that I downloaded the app too make.

Can't access bill pay via PC on Windows 7 using any browser. Can't setup auto bill pay on mobile. Can't see scheduled bill payments which can only be done on mobile to validate duplicate payments. Check deposits from mobile never work and you get charged $40+ when they fail. Old app and site at least worked. Shopping for new bank any recommendations?

Take your pick. It asks for my security question answers each time. Checking the personal computer box has no effect. In addition to that annoyance part of the time you enter all the info and get to the dashboard and then click on accounts and surprise surprise you're back to the login screen. Restart after clearing data or Uninstall and install again fixes the problem. Pretty lame app.

This app continues to ask me to put in my credentials even after access has been granted. Every other month or so, I have to remove and the download again in order for it to wok properly.

For several months this app has ask for my sign in and security info, which I've been plugging, goes to the main screen and after I hit the accounts icon goes right back to the login page. This has to be the worst bank/credit union I have ever seen. Why did this bank have to buy out my original credit union? Suggestion: Don't get the app it is a waste of time. This app and this credit union are one star quality.

The past couple of months, I've had an issue with the app asking for my credentials over and over-without logging me in. I recently sent an email to the credit union, and they advised that i uninstall, then reinstall-after rebooting my phone. That seems to have worked...but we shall see. If you're having issues with the app try that.

The app was working great! Suddenly once I logged in and get into the main screen, it would knock me back out to the login screen again. That is very frustrating!

Worst app for checking deposit. I use the app but the fact that deposit doesn't work on my Iphone 6 or Galaxy S5 is disappointing.

On par with what I expect from this credit union.

Please do something about fixing this app. Because I depend on apps for banking a lot. And if not addressed soon. I may have to go else were for my banking needs.

Open to public on May 8, 2014. It will now include mobile check deposits! Snap a photo of your check and upload!
