US Open Tennis Championships 2017 

A bit harsh perhaps to one star this. It does after all have a lot of information about the event. However, the layout is pretty awful and the scores update very slowly. Just a frustrating experience.

The score is out of sync. Better to check ESPN for live score. Very disappointed.

needs to be in metric units as perminent option otherwise, i had to change every game i was watching

Can't install on my phone due to device incompatibility. C'mon, it's not that old! Wish there was a simpler legacy app, because all I'm really interested in is order of play, scores, and the practice schedule. On my tablet I get notifications 5-10 seconds *earlier* than what live TV is showing, so as I'm still watching the sound gives away that the set or match was won

Horrible. Scores and completed matches are not updating, showing scores from 5 or 6 hours ago. It takes forever to refresh anything. Cant believe a sporting event with so much money cannot make a half decent app. Ended up using the Google live scores because they were more reliable.

I really like looking through the app and getting match updates and watching match highlights. However, during the match highlights there is closed captioning on the screen. Not a problem usually except the closed captioning, during many of the re-caps, can take up the whole screen with no way to actually watch the highlights, and there is no way that I can find to disable the closed captioning in the app. Weird stuff...

While watching a match update in the main area of the app, trying to touch a player's name to get their stats and bio, 9 times out of 10 brings up the 'slam tracker' instead. Overall slow and clunky.

"Unfortunately, US open has stopped". Get used to that message, you will see it every time you use the app. Buggy, slow, crashes, can't connect to server to sell or transfer tickets. Only using it for mobile phone passes. Will be installed straight after I've seen the matches I have tickets for.

Just really below average overall. It is clunky and a bit buggy. Takes forever for them to update the competed matches list. Some matches do not show a full stats list. Lacking compared to apps for the other grand slams. Also, what is up with the subtitles on the highlight videos? Makes them unwatchable. Not sure how this thing has 4.0 stars overall.

The subtitles are extremely annoying! Isn't there a way to turn it off? The whole screen gets covered with the subtitles when in landscape mode.

Can you fix the problem of getting double notifications when 2 of your favorite players are playing each other. And while you are at it, do you really need 3 notifications at the begining of a match (1 - players arriving on court, 2 - players warming up, 3 - match starting) - that's too many alerts in quick succession (especially if both players are favoritex.)

App does not install on neither my wife's or my recently acquired Huawaei P9 lite phones. Error message "device not compatible" error. Please fix!!

Subtitles for video highlights covering the whole screen! Might as well have an audio highlight instead. Absolutely unwatchable in the current form.

App eats my battery. Really slow. Takes forever to load content. Some pull down menus don't even work. Horrible experience.

Videos that have narrations have forced captions and those cover the whole damn screen because the lines don't come out one by one, instead all captions of the video come out at the same time.

So I've only be able to view up to no days completed matches and schedule. So I uninstall and then reinstall and now I've got nothing!

Difficult to see when matches are to be played. The layout is not very good. Could be so much more simple.

This app has helped me find all questions I've had about this year's Open, the live tracker is awesome and useful, especially since the type on ESPN's TV broadcast is too small to see. Watching live via the link to espn has been great for watching multiple matches at one time. The map of BJK Natonal Tennis center is awesome. Great job!

On the basics it fulfills the brief, but seriously - PLEASE can we have video highlights without the terrible subtitles!

Well-designed app. Audio feed is clear and streams flawlessly thorough Bluetooth in my car. Ability to buy tickets is another nice feature, although the link to TicketMaster needs work from their end.

Need to use this app to show mobile tickets. EXTREMELY unreliable. People at the us open we're not much help.

Videos are worst to watch as the subtitles cover the display and it can't even be turned off...a poor app experience indeed...

Seriously, give us the option to turn off highlight video closed caption, it blocks the screen

Great app giving quick updates for schedule and scores!

Subtitles in the highlights video is a big TURNOFF. People aren't interested to read the commentary in a highlights video. Plus the subtitles in these videos occupy the quarter bottom of the screen (viewing at 180°, screen rotation view). You can't even see the player at the SERVICE receiving end, let alone the shots struck by the player at the same end. Very heavy app.. 98 MB for my device.

This version is far worse than last one. Particularly dislike stats which show scores in the wrong order - the server's score should x be shown first not second. Basic stuff guys.

Useless. I want this apps to help me plan my time, but without filters for favorite players in schedule, draws, etc., it's a pain to use. You should learn from the Wimbledon's app.

This year's version is the worst of all my sports apps. Clunky to use and the truncation of names is truly baffling... There's not enough room to put an 's' on the end of Williams but instead you have three dots? I am embarrassed for IBM.

US Open app sinks to a new low with subtitles covering as much as half of the highlights videos. They really don't want any non-paying fans to enjoy any little bit of tennis we can get!

The subtitles in Highlights vids are useless and can occupy almost the half screen (Vekic highlights vs an Asian player). Can't understand this setting and can't turn them off... awful.

Horrible. What's with the awful subtitles on the highlights? They aren't even correct... And they cover the whole screen!!!! Fix this.

Horrible app. Subtitles cover half the screen in the highlights. When the games are live,you can't watch highlights in the video tab. Overall the worst app of the four Grand Slam apps.

This is fabulous! I love It! Not only can I watch the matches on my phone, it keeps me abreast of all the action with my favorite players. Kudos!

Uninstalled. This app should come out complete before the open especially considering last year didnt have these problems. Notifications are annoying with sound and vibrations and I cant stop them; I select metric in settings and I have to reselect each time I open the app to check a match.

Rubbish, can't find any information when you want it.

SlamTracker loads too long and most of the time fail to work

Scorecards don't get updated when you go completed matches even a day after it's showing only 1 match.
