IBM Technical Support for Android
Why is having an IBM support id mandatory in the app for information that is available for free on IBM's support website???

I have a ibmid many years. In that apps I can't to register. Samsung Galaxy 6. Os 6.0.1
I tried to use it, but it got stuck all the time. Need alot of improvement.
Kept crashing. Literally unuseable. I unistalled it.
First, to access PMRs all this app does is link to then open the SR web page in a built-in browser. I was hoping for a more native experience. I had to enter my IBM ID and sign in twice - once for the app then immediately again for the SR tool. Single sign on?? I use a larger font size on my Galaxy S6 and the SR pages were useless: in portrait I couldn't even see the PMR number. In landscape I could see the PMR number but not the abstract. Can't even scroll to the right. Useless app for me.

There was some useful information in here. I was able to use it for several minutes before the app completely locked-up ... wouldn't exit and wouldn't do anything. After I turn my phone off and back on, I'll be uninstalling it.
The app works fine with kitkat.
Needs serious improvements. Terrible UI and controls.
My "registered" IBM is not an e-mail address and I can't access my support requests because the app will only accept e-mail addresses.

Helpful but buggy. Painful bug #1: when I enter support request, it gets entered as gov't. request, even thought it is not and I have not checked that box. This delays support as it bounces from desk to desk in IBM. Painful bug #2: crashes if you scroll up on the right side of the screen in the problem report screen.
