1) 스마트OTP 서비스는?

- 스마트폰에 스마트OTP카드를 접촉(TAG)하여 OTP(일회용비밀번호)를 발생시킬 수 있는 서비스 입니다.

2) 서비스 대상

- 이용가능 고객: 기업은행 전자금융을 사용하시는 개인고객(개인사업자 제외)

- 이용가능 서비스: 개인고객 대상 기업은행 전자금융서비스

3) 사용가능 스마트폰 안내

- NFC기능이 지원되고, 전화번호가 저장된 USIM칩이 장착된 스마트폰

- 아이폰, 태블릿PC, 블랙베리 등에서는 사용불가

※ 이용안내

ㅁ 기업은행에서 발급받은 스마트OTP카드와 스마트폰을 이용하여 OTP(일회용비밀번호)를 생성하며, 기업은행 뱅킹 거래에서 보안매체로 사용합니다.

1) 기업은행 뱅킹(개인 전자금융)에 접속하여 거래 진행

2) 본 어플(IBK스마트OTP) 실행 후 스마트OTP 카드 접촉(TAG)

3) 스마트폰에 표시된 6자리의 OTP번호를 기업은행 전자금융 화면의 "OTP발생번호" 칸에 입력하여 거래완료

※ 이용시 유의사항

1) 카드접촉 위치안내

- 폰 후면에 카드를 접촉하여 이용하며, 어플 최초 실행시 단말기별 접촉 위치를 가이드 해드리고 있습니다.

2) 스마트OTP카드 인식이 되지 않을 수 있는 경우

- 금속재질 또는 두꺼운 재질의 휴대폰 케이스 사용

- 교통카드나 신용카드와 겹쳐서 스마트OTP 사용

- 비정품 배터리 사용

3) 사용자PIN 설정 후, 10회 연속 오류시에는 영업점에 방문하여 PIN잠김해제거래 후 다시 사용가능합니다.

4) 기업은행에서 발급받은 스마트OTP카드로 타행 뱅킹을 이용하고자 하시는 고객님은 "미래테크놀로지-스마트OTP"를 설치하시어 이용하시기 바랍니다.
