A.N.CO.R.S. "Associazione Nazionale dei Consulenti e dei Responsabili della Sicurezza sul lavoro" è una associazione professionale e sindacale datoriale, costituita in base all’art. 39 della Costituzione Italiana e rappresenta i professionisti, le aziende e gli operatori in materia di sicurezza sul lavoro. L'Associazione aderente a Confassociazioni è rappresentativa a livello nazionale, conta più di 5000 associati tra liberi professionisti ed aziende, è operante in tutti i macrosettori ateco di riferimento. L'Associazione ha sede legale a Battipaglia (Sa) e dispone di 112 sedi sull’intero territorio nazionale in Italia e di quattro sedi all’estero. La mission è quella di divulgare la “cultura della sicurezza sul lavoro”. A.N.CO.R.S. è soggetto formatore nazionale abilitato, ope legis, ed è firmataria di tre CCNL, registrati al CNEL ed al Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali; inoltre è iscritta nell’elenco del Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico ai sensi della Legge 4/2013. A.N.CO.R.S. "National Association of Consultants and Security Managers at work" is a professional association and trade union employers, constituted under Article. 39 of the Italian Constitution and represents professionals, companies and operators in the field of occupational safety. The association affiliated to Confassociazioni is representative at the national level, has more than 5000 members from freelancers and companies, it is active in all the macro-ateco reference. The association is headquartered in Battipaglia (Sa) and has 112 locations throughout the country in Italy and four locations abroad. The mission is to spread the "culture of safety at work." A.N.CO.R.S. is subject enabled the national trainer, by operation of law, and is a signatory of three national labor contract, registered at the CNEL and the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy; also it is registered in the Ministry of Economic Development pursuant to Law 4/2013.
