1. Good app but enhancement is needed for the notification. Currently can only see notifications only when signed in to the apps. Would be better to send notifications via SMS otherwise most notifications will not be timely read. 2. Please provide function to allow for programme searching without need to login.

App just too suck to function properly. It's just hang there and can't do anything after login. Not recommended download it again unless submit a new version and update it. The most worst app in the store I ever see.

Fingerprint login is useless, says need to login by password to enable in settings even when this was already done. It works immediately after I change the setting, but the next day it asked the same thing

There's some bugs, pls fix it. Log in numerous time to retrieve my vcard but every single time I. Get log out automatically. I tried to manually log out and it again still doesn't work. Overall, it's an app that requires some patience to use.

I don't know why i have a problem signing in and logging in.. it kept saying invalid birthday or id number.. i am a singaporean and its unthinkable that a man in his late 20s to not know his own id no. and date of birth when he holds a pink ic n born in singapore.. please rectify this

Man I'd rather kill myself than use this app ever again. I need to go to the hospital as I believe this app has given me cancer

Was working but since update it insist on assessing my phone's location, which when denied, keeps popping up and does not allow me to search for programmes. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no avail.

Too slow to load the page, in the end the slots I want to book have booked by others. No more chance to book successfully

This is the 6th week that I'm unable to book the badminton court. Thank you iAPPS Pte Ltd and ActiveSG.

Needs improvement. The app doesn't list basic info like gym and swimming pool locations and opening hours.

Have to relogin every single time or after a fixed amount of time will auto logout. Everytime when i open a file the option to click option to open using this app - which is dumb when it has nth to do w files. Have to uninstall the app to fix it.

Please update again as there are alot of bug and refresh button when booking is not working at all.

Unable to login, it causes the app to freeze and eventually my S6 would auto-restart.

Wrote my parents IC number. It's correct but idk why it says invalid ....

Thanks for the update. Would like to bring up a point on the choosing of timeslots for facilities. Any reason why the selected ones are shown in white but the available ones are greyed out? Wouldn't it be better if it is the other way round where the available slots are in white and those booked ones greyed out? Or if not to remain status quo, leaving the booked slots in red. Thanks!

The colour coding of the available/unavailable courts in green/red is better. Now, the bold and non-bold is not distinct enough and confusing. Also it seems like taking longer 2 load each page.

Could not even sign up. Many have feedback abt the identity invalid entry error. Its either that this app is amazingly accurate or that my NRIC number have been wrongly assigned to me for 20+ years. Either way, please communicate with your users even when there is no readily solution available. It is just courteous.

Cant login, says unknown response from server. Try to create new account and tells me my identity number is invalid. Well done, you updated your app to block ppl from using it

Not working well after this update. Slow in opening . When searching / refreshing , cant even see the different of white & Grey . Pls change back to black n red . Overall very lack the speed & failed in the booking. Kindly do something for this apps. Tank you.

The search and nearby function in orogrammesdont work at all. Pls fix it.

I've selected and added a class to shopping cart but when I attempt to go to cart to proceed with payment the entire app crashes. Tried 4 more times after that and still getting the same problem.

This app works just like my trusty Electrolux vacuum cleaner. It sucks. Shittiest booking app ever after the latest update can't even log in with FB. To be honest 1 star would be overrated.

The apps is already considered an inconvenient to all. With this update, is making it worst.

Kept on saying server issue. Please fix it fast.
