What are users saying about Contraction Timer

by V####:

I just found another which is less complicated. Labor isn't easy so stuff must be the easiest possible to navigate. But I love this one too. That's why I'm giving you 5 rating. Good job.

N70%
by N####:

This is very good. One thing I think many people would like to see is a bigger "Start contraction" button. I like to be very accurate, and being able to hit it without fumbling would be nice

W70%
by W####:

Great for stats! Was surprised the screen rotated when the app was open, even though system settings was fixed orientation...but the widgets more than makes up for this in practice. Would be good to edit duration of manually adding a previous contraction.

B70%
by B####:

Only downside was that the length of the average window is a mystery. Could be improved if tapping on the average brought you to the configuration for how much history to use (settings > averages time frame).

N70%
by N####:

Exactly what you need! Except when you get the end time correct and need to adjust the start time, it also changes the end time to suit the duration time, otherwise 5 stars!

G70%
by G####:

Really good app which was easy to use. Loved the widget too!

N70%
by N####:

the application allows you to save the history. simple and useful app

Y70%
by Y####:

Simple and useful. It is easy to use and great if you care about averages. Only thing that would makes it even better is a lock screen widget.

S70%
by S####:

Easy to use, love that as mom i don't get hampered with extra details or options with the 1x1 widget. It tones from start to start like your supposed to. Easy to text my midwife what's up. Really it is the answer to what should a contraction timer be :)

U70%
by U####:

This app used to work great until recently. Now when I use it it opens up ads and closes out my flash light every time. (LG Flex 2) Deleting

C70%
by C####:

I like the widget and export/import feature so I can sync between multiple devices.

Y70%
by Y####:

Supremely simple: easy to edit times and add notes, easy to export data and easy to view average duration and frequency/interval.

Y70%
by Y####:

Has a simple and clean UI. Option to export data is very useful. Can't ask for anything more :)

Y70%
by Y####:

I used this while in early labor and it was great! Easy to use, clear, and the timer still runs even when app is not open!

Y70%
by Y####:

Downloaded 3 different apps and this was the easiest to use. Also doesn't have ads. Highly recommended

Y70%
by Y####:

Able to add notes to each contraction and it takes an average of your last hour which is helpful too.

J70%
by J####:

Best contraction timer I've found.. simple.

P70%

Super helpful and simple to use

Q70%

For how my brain works.

Y70%
by Y####:

Although I was only in labor for a short time, after just under an hour of use I realized my contractions were much closer and longer than I was "timing" in my head. The app gave me something to focus on, and I didn't have to remember what time it was when I looked at the clock, the numbers were all right in front of me, and then I knew it was time to call my husband home from work to head to the hospital. And less than 4 hours later our first addition to the family was brought into the world.

Y70%
by Y####:

Used this for baby 2, downloading on my new phone for baby 3. Love that I can save contractionon history to evernote. I get to choose stat printout for an hour or more and edit contractions if I miss the start/stop button. Helps me know when to head to the hospital. Especially, because I have several days of false labor!

Y70%
by Y####:

Works fine, i just forget to hit the stop button at times. As far as i see it does not allow you to manually alter your times. I know the contraction didnt last 5 minutes, I would like to be able to change that to number st will.

A70%
by A####:

I've had to use this a few times, thankfully it hasn't been real labor yet, but EVERY time I use it it quits at least once if not more. This is not very reassuring for when real labor hits.

H70%
by H####:

Easy and to the point. I needed something that would take the thinking out of contraction timing so I could focus on other things (like my baby coming!). This worked just fine. Start, stop, start, stop. You can get logs emailed to you but I just took screen shots for my midwife because I was a little preoccupied and wanted the easiest option. This app does what it needs to do and isn't confusing. That's all that matters when you're about to have a baby.

Y70%
by Y####:

This app timed all my contractions for 11 hours perfectly. It was easy to use and I loved seeing everything by pulling down my notifications at the top of my screen. Couldn't have asked for a better timer!

L70%
by L####:

This app is a simple way to track length of contractions and length of time in-between contractions. I just used it for two days before giving birth to my first baby, and it was incredibly helpful!

Q70%
by Q####:

I just wish the "stop contraction" button could really do that. This is an easy app to use. It doesn't have annoying visuals or ads. Thank you!

Loved this app the best until my phone updated the OS in May 2016. Now it stalls and freezes the phone. Please fix!

this is not a pregnancy I. It is a contraction timer. It times contractions very well and shows you the average is of both the length and frequency of your contractions. The export to csv feature is a little awkward. It requires approval of every line before exporting it to your Google drive. It also does not show you the time between contractions or the averages.

M70%
by M####:

I can't rave about this app enough. IT DOES EVERYTHING! And it's super easy to use. The widget is a great idea. I love that you can save and share the FULL history of contractions. The contractions are easily editable and the data is simple to read. What's not to love about this app?

Z70%
by Z####:

Works great. Let's you add past contractions if you were like me and did not download until they had already started. You can add notes and instead of having to reopen ap each time a contraction hits it gives you a button on your pull down to start recording. Highly recommended.

We used it for our second labor. Love how it calculates frequency for you.

M70%
by M####:

Simple, clean, and easy to use, with a few nice features. This worked perfectly for both of our children's births.

M70%
by M####:

Super helpful, the widget and export options were key.

M70%
by M####:

Has a widget instead of having to open an entire app. Exactly what I was looking for!

M70%

This worked great as a timing tool- nice features for averaging. However, it crashes when trying to export (app up to date, on Moto X). Would have liked to keep record, but will just have to uninstall.

Just used this app with my newborn, awesome app. Easy to use and efficient

Thank you, worked perfect!
