Business Card Reader

I have the paid version. Works very well. Easy to take a photo and scale/rotate it to size. OCR is good if the font used on the card is decent. Cloud storage work equally well. Seamless synchro between my Note 4 phone and Lenovo Yoga tablet via the cloud. Also export of data is easy. This is the program for me. I once send an e-mail to ask a few questions. Responding time was less than one day. Excellent.

Takes a lot of time and picks wrong data. Waste of time.

Won't work with either of my camera apps. Completely useless.

Cannot log out cannot delete account and cannot download Arabic language

Long pressing only allows you to edit numbers that were automatically detected. You can't change the phone number type or add additional numbers. You should be able to add, edit and change any information that the autodetect fails to do, pretty unusable as it relies to heavily on the auto detection.

Very convenient, don't have to take around a bunch of cards in my wallet. It's great. Thanks

Easy way to organize my mountain of biz cards

Amazing app for every businessman. I am using it on a daily basis!

Other apps auto rotate and resize for scanning. This is manual and... The image was too large and I couldn't shrink it enough. Gave two stars because it isn't as bad as some other apps.

It's not very self explanatory but once you understand it, it's great.

Works fine but app won't read the address, only phone numbers will be scanned. Also I'm not able to view the complete photo which I have clicked during creation of card. Please consider this as enhancement.

I'm guessing a lot of card apps are choking on the G5 because of dual cameras... but this app KISS by using the native camera app/interface instead, and not only works on the G5 but also can take advantage of the dual camera functionality (close-up/standard, white balance adjustment, etc)! The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because the detail editing interface feels a bit clunky: you have to delete the placeholder text manually, and fields are limited (e.g. no title/position, no company name, etc)

This has become a wonderful tool that helps me keep up with new businesses and not deal with all the paper or misplacing cards.. I love it!

Why does the pro features cost R44.11 while the pro app cost R17.49? Why don't it sync across devices? No refresh option. Why can't you delete or change contact fields once entered?

First time use. App didnt get address or phone number at all. Ok, I'll just add it manually... But to my surprise, I cant find anywhere how to add missing info on the business card...

You will spend countless hours organizing your cards, then the app will loose all of them for you. Worst app ever.
