IAA Buyer Salvage Auctions

The worst app possibly imaginable to buy cars or to look online. First the app doesnt even work most of the time, and when it does its extremely slow or has glitches. Very dissappointed in the overall Experience

New app just sucks. I Bid Live doesn't work, the screen just flickers for 1/4 second and nothing happens. It works though if launched from Menu->Auctions. The watchlist used to show how long until the sale date, so every morning I could see which cars are scheduled for today. Now it shows the Item# instead, useless because each auction chooses to have their own order, some start with 4000 numbers etc. There's no way now to find out how many minutes until my watch car is up for auction, so it is easy to miss the auction. So frustrating, I just use the desktop version. Please don't ever update the desktop app, if that gets broken, I'll have to start traveling to physically attend!! Just tons of UX issues, clearly the people who develop the app don't buy cars at the auction and don't use their own app.

Sucks, trying to find something sucks, glitches, and is overall uncomfortable..

Bidding live stopped in the new ver. The search for specific car and arrange by location not working. Lost bidding giving from the date of open your account with iaa

This app used to let me view auctions and look up cars in live auctions by scanning their bar code and while it still had bugs, i.e. being slow or something stuttering or crashing outright at least it worked. Now it doesnt do any of what it could do nor have any of the bugs been fixed. I use a galaxy note 5. Pls fix this. Its been a whole year of updates and these problems have still not been addressed.

It's a very slow app and the redesign did not help. At times it takes 30 seconds to fully turn on. Cars don't load. When you scroll down, the page ends when there are 200 cars to go. Some cars take 30 seconds to load if not longer. It's an extremely frustrating app. Use the Web browser.

Can't join live auctions in my Moto Z2 Force phone. Clicking the button to do so darkens the screen for a fraction of a second, and that's all it does. No errors or notifications of an issue pop up... Otherwise, searching for vehicles and generally navigating the app is stable and responsive

They stole $1000 from me!! Beware do not buy from them they force you into paying much much more than what they advertise.. And if you don't pay they try suing until you do

The new version sucks, lots of issues. Always has issues loading detailes on items logging onto auctions, boots me out.

garbage. used to be good but now after last update it will freeze up and kick you of your page.. and after you search through 276 cars and you get kicked of half way through.. yea. sucks. plz fix

This is a terrible app! Auctions are never in order no matter what way you sort them, you can;t tell what dates any of the auctions are, you can't tell what items you have bid on, or what your bid status is, you can't get to even half of whats on the website. it is very frustrating to try and use. so I don't even bother trying to use it. and the website isn't much better! IAAI needs to FIRE their web developer and get someone that can do a better job!

Sucks big time. Cheap company can't even hire normal app developers to create a good working app.

Horrible worse..prime example of if its not broke.dont fix it..old app allowed u to search specific car by number or name..this one doesnt

The new update really messed things up made the app really useless

Hate it. Loops Everytime trying to watch the list. Never did that before!
