The zero star app sucks in every step.. Not at all designed for user friendly experience. Bug bug bug . booked a ticket and exited in front rows of the theatre. There is no proper way of screen notification. Annoying.. Sucking .. Mind cracking bullshit. Stop developing this app and go to hell of you don't have techies.

This is the worst app I have ever seen. Payment will be deducted, seats will be blocked but tickets will not at all be received. I have experienced a couple of times. This app will leave us in dilemma whether to go to movie or not. For online booking just go for bookmyshow. Its 200% better.

U just take time and redesign app. I have to give one star because no option for "0" star. Screen seats arrangement showing wrong. Taking long time to open and book seats. On start many times need location eventhough city selected already. Wtf.......

App is great with offers coming every now and then. Just 1 issue though every time I access Club Cinepolis the App CRASHES which is kind of a set back. Plz fix this issue in the next release.

I'm from Kochi. With the new update, the nearest location shown is Coimbatore. And when I search for Kochi, nothing came up. Please do rectify the problem

I bought tickets worth 950 rupees through the cinepollis app and all I got was 64 points. I don't understand the maths. I should have got more club points. If I'd have gone directly to the cinemas to buy the tickets, then I am sure I'd have got the correct amount of club points. why'd anyone use your app, if it means their loss? It's been two days since I wrote your helpline department regarding this but still waiting to hear back from them. Please do the needful.

I have booked tickets many times from this app in the past.. But recently i saw dat My location Kochi was unavailable for many days.. Now It seems you guys have added Kochi back.. But then there comes another problem.. Cashless option(cash at cinema option) is nowhere to be seen. Why? Why are you guys making these frustrating changes? Everything used to be fine with this app.. But now u guys are really irritating the users... Pls add Cashless option back (with Kochi location not vanishing).

Kochi : Cashless Option is the USP of this app and without it, i see no reason to use it. strongly feel app developer are ruining this under influence of BookMyShow.The Cinepolis personnels recommending BookMyShow instead of cinepolis app. lost the best feature of this app. reserve and pay later. i see no more reason to use this app as compared to others.

I booked my ticket from this app and had selected next day 6 pm ticket and to my shock after paying the ticket which got booked was for today.I have membership card.As per there policy no refunds.It is really disappointing. I further observed yellow screen regarding error which doubts the credibility of this app.
