No way to turn iPass off. Even when the user blocks specific networks (eg home), iPass not only connects, it doesn't notify you that it has. So you end up wasting your credit. The "Do Not Connect Automatically" function doesn't work either

Tries to manage wifi networks, but is so bad that it ends up disabling core networks and leaves my device on the mobile network and costs me money. Absolutely terrible quality.

App notification continuously pops up stating ipass not working, even when I'm not using the app. Needs to be addressed.

Actually useless without the xfinity connections, which I contacted them about and was notified that they have apparently been removed in my area. The other listings for Walmart, McDonald's, Burger King I have no problem connecting to on my own.

Ihaveinstalled the wrong app (I pass smart connect)

Keep crushing when running in background mode on Android Nougat with latest version installed.

I have my new HP notebook. I download the given software in my notebook but when any WiFi is protected then it isn't access it. It says offline since strength is 92% and asked activation code which is not send in e-mail

Why does this app have no option not to run in the background? I use it rarely, and it's a waste of resources when not in use. Also, why does it force portrait mode? I use a tablet, and it's jarring to be thrown into portrait mode for no reason.

Works OK for the most part,but I have been unable to connect to GOGO on Delta Airlines. My account does have access to Gogo and support was not helpful. Also, the mobile app constantly tries to connect to a network even if you do not want it to connect. It will pop up multiple times and is quite annoying and frustrating.

Why do I need regular WIFI to get on web, if this is supposed to connect you.

Uses huge amounts of battery even when not connected. Poor.

This is the worst. It uses the 3rd most battery among all the apps on my phone, and I'm not even using it to connect.

I have a corporate account and after installing an error message pops up "Unfortunately, iPass has stopped" and I'm not able to use it. My device is Android 5.1.1. In past this App used to work fine but this latest release is causing lots of problems.

Has saved me countless times when I need to use the Internet on the go. It's a great little app!

The older version was great. This new one is buggy and has zero user flow consideration

V3.2.1.5 can't detect a internet connection even when present, to login to my account. Aside from the login issue which cripples the point of this app it appears functional.

Constantly runs in background when it is not needed. Uninstalling.
