smiONE Texas Visa Prepaid Card

Installed app, wouldn't open, uninstalled, then re-installed, still won't open. It won't even take me to the login screen. I have registered my card months ago and have used the app on 2 other phones. Even then it was unreliable. Update: app rarely works. Really not sure why i even bother. Just want my balance without having to call in

I have had this app since Texas rolled over to the new cards and it worked fine. I am now having the issue that it won't open passed the loading screen, it just sits there. It so frustrating when all I want to do is check my balance.

The app doesn't work, everytime I try to use it, it says"unfortunately this app has stopped try again later". I have uninstalled and reinstalled so many times, I just use the web app, it always lets me in on that one. If you're going to have an app it really should work at some point, I do not have this problem with any other apps on my phone, so it's not my phone.

Hi there, was a good app... for the last week it will not open once i put in my info... I've sent crash reports and nothing. Please fix

Every time i go to sign in the app crashes. It worked perfectly on my moto x pure but switched to a galaxy s7 and the app crashes every time i try to sign in

Kept saying incorrect user name and or password but it worked from the website and there's no link for password help

The app is crashing and will not open please fix it! It was a decent app before this started haappening!

Android pay would option needed. Very slow to load. Too large for what it offers. Captures too much personal information. Needs updating.

Its ok when it works but most of the time i cant even log in without an problem. It never accepts my password more than twice...i can successfully log in 2 or 3 times then it will tell me my password is invalid until I lock myself out of the account, throb have to call customer service or reset it through the website. Then when im able to setup a new password it tells me the password already exists..THEN WHY DIDNT IT WORK IN THE FIRST PLACE?!

Easy to use other than the fact that I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling it because it keeps crashing.

The app no longer works. Even reinstalling it doesn't make it log in. It's maddening!

You have to activate your card online first before you can use the app. You must make sure you go to the TX smiONE website if in TX ,activate your card ,then you can log on to the app. They send out the wrong website when they sent the cards out. So hopefully this helps everyone !

Ok took me forever to figure it out. Ok after getting frustrated and calling getting mad at smione people. So what you have to do is get on a tablet or computer. Reg on the website on a tablet or computer. Will NOT work on a phone. Then you will be able to sign on the app.

Won't let me set an account. Tells me something with the perimeter is wrong . No details about what that means. Leaving you to guess how to fix it which means something mwnt to be easy you now have to spend time calling in. Also I saw people say you have to do this online. Why put a way to do it on the app if it will not work? Plus this should be helping people but all the fees.. you give us more to worry about come on a fee to pay bills and cancel the card. Waiting on direct deposit paperwork.

I haven't had any problems with the app. For those that has issue with logging in make sure you downloaded correct one. I downloaded the one for another state first. But once I found the right one no issues

Not liking that there is no check deposit feature. I'd like to be able to use this card more often other than child support and no I do not mean direct deposit or paycheck stubs. I'm talking personal checks to money orders, ect. Can this be possible or I just can't find it. Thank you.

It's user error. What dummy thinks you can register through an app. Lol go online then register. Also if your having an issue email them they will help. It's worked fine for me.

Went online to register/activate the new card but it kept telling me that my pw & pw confirmation set up part was not matching up. Finally after the 10th try it rolled back to home page advising the card was activated. Log in to manage account....well i put in my user id and pw and now it keeps saying that the id and pw do not match. This is CRAZY....so many issues. This is not the first impression you want when dealing with a company that will control a portion of your money.

I got a msg from my phones security that this app was causing my phone to run slow & had 10 security issues this past wk. It told me to uninstall it from my phone. I went to check out the app details & I can't believe I didn't see this before I installed. This app has access to EVERYTHING! It can call your contacts. Access & turn on your camera & audio. Connect & disconnect to any wifi. Access you Web history & bookmarks.... & this is just a few. DO NOT UPLOAD! Freakin government apps. Uninstalled!

I like the new card so much better and this app is great. Kind of worried about the people giving low ratings and can't figure it out. It was a breeze for me.

Try to register my card online through the site and on the app and keeps telling me missing information when everything is filled out correctly! All I want to do is be able to check my balanced online, why is it so hard to set it up!

I dislike it only because there isn't an option to click of you forget your user name or password. I got a new phone and can't access the app. Please fix this.

This is completely useless .... my card is already activated but the app won't recognize the info I'm putting in, won't allow me to create a user login... please fix this!!!!!

I like it a lot. Now if they could make the ex actually pay his I would be just fine lol

Does its job in checking the balance ... I'm giving one star because i just got my card and it stopped swiping and they are charging me 5.00 for replacement card even tho Mary in customer service said no charge since it de-magnetized. Oh well. Now i wait more days for my card i paid for

Worked perfectly for me. Installed & logged in in about a minute. Granted there are no funds on this card yet but my card # on the app is correct.

I hate this app and the website I'm always having issues with the verification words and the app does not keep your password uuuggghhh

maybe you should test these things before wasting people's time!

You can only add money such as money orders, money gram in Missouri - not available in Texas. You can set up direct deposit or transfers.

In the mailer I received on this card, it said I could add money money and do direct deposit to the card account. However, I only see the direct deposit option in the app. There isn't an option to add money unless I've missed something.

I don't agree with all the different fees!

I registered my card and I'm logged in but it tells me I have no active cards and won't show me a balance or anything.

I had no problem logging in, you have to register on the website first then you can login on the app

This app always force closes from my LG G4. Cant do anything but log in before it shuts down.

Doesnt let me create a password..ive tried everything and followed instructions to it

The app is definitely handy the card as a whole SUCKS I'm switching to direct deposit

You have to use a desktop to register. Mobile won't work until then so now it works great. Thanks y'all made it easier to use.
