Loaded for Travel

Great. Saw some posts about it changing to NZ money and then back to US.. I noticed at one store the machine asked if I wanted USD or NZD so selected USD.. Since then I have just said to everyone where I have used it to please select USD if it asks what currency I wanted. Mostly just pulling out cash anyway at the ATM after all the US seems to be a very cash based society.

Card is great and very handy when travelling, but this app sucks. Never remembers password, and more than 2 minutes to load transaction details when overseas is too long. Only 2 transactions too! Look forward to update that makes this useable, in the meantime, avoid.

Don't believe the nonsense about this working in all places Visa is accepted. We've been left high and dry by this card several times now in the US. Swipe or pin, neither work reliably. Had to revert back to an NZ ANZ card with crazy exchange rates just to pay for groceries. Bought something in USD, delivered to a US address, with my loaded card that ONLY has USD loaded to it and it charged me in NZD, then converted that to USD and charged me TWICE to convert it! Total waste of money, it's a scam.

There should be laws about making apps this bad. In fact, had I realized that the app was so utterly terrible, I would never had gotten a card. Great idea, shocking implementation by a bank that is usually awesome. Kiwibank should employ a team of monkeys with laptops to write the next update.

I like using the loaded for travel card best thing I ever got it's helped me to start saving even using the app help me to keep track of everything I do. But over the last couple off days the app login and that it my balance won't show up and I've restarted my phone and even uninstall the app still not working

This app is absolutely terrible, it's buggy as heck and hard to use. It never remembers who you are and constantly logs you out. I can't even really figure out the purpose of the app besides checking how much you have in your wallets as you can't use it to top up. The logo is also stretched on start up, smh.

I can't load more money on the card as a Kiwibank Customer in either this app or Kiwibank app. In the contact us part I can only type about 70 characters! Not helpful when trying to explain probs. Doesn't remember my password.

This app stinks. I'm 20,000km away from home and I go to see my money and transfer some while I'm out shopping with friends and it's not there. Luckily the guy I called said I could still do it online. But the website is pretty sucky too. At least it works though. Before my app said I only have my NZD wallet, now I don't even have any active cards or accounts apparently! Fix this app please ASAP. As soon as I can transfer money again on the app I will be happy. Thank you

Every time I try log into this app it closes on me. Very frustrating!!

Takes ages to load. Limited characters for the contact us screen so can't actually send anything useful. Crashes quite often. Doesn't even reflect all transactions.

Absolutely terrible app. Interface is clunky, doesn't remember login info and worst of all I can't even access all my wallets through the app meaning I have to go through a website anyway!

Had to reinstall the app just because it kept crashing when trying to log in. I've reinstalled this app for the third time now! Very frustrating!

This app keeps closing on me and doesn't remember me. Also, I'm not clear how to transfer more money onto the card

This would be better if you were able to see the current exchange rates.

Keeps saying failed to load have disabled and going to load again as only way to quickly check balance. Sort ya app out. It also has limited info

Crap. Constant problems. Do not use.

You can check your balance etc. But ... 'remember me' for password doesn't work. Under 'personal details', not enough spaces to enter phone number especially if you want to enter the country code as well. I buy a sim card in the country I'm travelling in and the phone number has lots more digits than in NZ. Under 'contact us' I wanted to write a message but again unable to write more than a one liner. App not well designed.

This is the only card I use to control my money instead of using my bank. All my friends and family members have this one ever since I got this for my holiday.
