21st Policy Self-Service App

Same debacle here. Username and/or password are not accepted as log on credentials ....same ones ARE good for website log on. Big bug in this application! UNINSTALLED!

Just like many other users I am not able to log on although I am able to on my PC. Called 21st and they said there are no known issues?? Um ok.Even mentioned this wide spread issue.

Updated version seems to be working fine.

It won't accept my user name or password. I'm entering the same info I use on my laptop that allows me to login. Has to be an app issue. I know how to type and the registered password I created. UNINSTALLED

This app don't work, don't let you put your zip code or policy nunber worthless app don't waste your time.

This app has so many flaws, the worst of which is not displaying your policy info correctly.

Downloaded tried to login and wouldn't let me. Uninstalled and will try again. Guess what? Still can't login. POS APP.

App doesn't even let me log in. Just freezes up like 95% of these other hopeful downloaders. Obviously the designers don't care either because this situation hasn't been corrected. Garbage!

Does not work, has never worked. Come on 21st, you should make sure your app works!

If it let you sign in you can't navigate any where . fix the Darn thing. Or don't say you have a app because this is useless

I was very excited to get this app. Such a disappointment. Will not allow you to log in and just freezes.

Worst app ever!! What a waste of time. Use to work great and was able to pay my bill on it, now its a complete waste of space on my phone. Uninstalling as we speak.

If they would tell you that you must use your email to log in and password you wouldn't think it didn't work because I did until trying it out.

Will not take my username or password. Have installed and uninstalled several times. Changed each several times. Call for tech support. No tech support. Help!

About damn time y'all update your app

Unable to retrieve your information in a timely manner. Try again later. I can log in through a browser though. I hope a fix is coming soon

Can never process anything. Always displays technical difficulties. Makes it way more frustrating than its worth.

This app has not let me log in in several months. If I need to pay a bill or update anything I have to go to the main website. Pleas fix this

Your whole system goes through an update including your phone app and you don't warn your customers? Horrible customer service. No access to my insurance policy is kind of a big deal.

Use to be able to see policy info. & pay bill, now it keeps saying that I don't have internet connection, wrong..... I do, but this app obviously doesn't. (FIX IT!!)

Ever since I changed my phone, I cannot access the app. I try to login to my account and it just has the loading screen. It never logs in. Please fix!

It takes forever to open! The few times I have gotten it open. . . Cannot do anything else. I tell EVERY REP I talk to!!! This is ridiculous! ------------------------------------------------------------Months after my original review. . . And still no change. You would think a company as big as this one would be able to develop and FIX issues relatively fast. Wrong!

The app doesn't let me sign in, all it does is say "loading" or "signing in" indefinitely, with or without a correct password.
