Not only does app not work, but Hyrecar does not have your back if anything happens to your vehicle. One of their driver's causes $800 worth of damage to my vehicle and all they did was send him an invoice which went ignored.

I like the concept and it does work, but the customer service really is terrible. They need a way for people to call so they seem transparent and trustworthy. Also, the app could use some work. Hopefully, they get better soon.

The ppl behind this app are all liars. They don't support car owners. My Sister got her car all messed up by the driver. This company did nothing to helper out. Now she has to pay over $3k to fix her Toyota. They still owe her a lot of money.

App does not perform as listed. It looks cool conceptually however that's as good as it gets! It's froze a lot, documents such as insurance and rental agreement did not load. Being unable to confirm pickup or drop off can be the difference between whether u get paid or not since the proof is dependent upon the App. ????

The application needs a easier user interface. Can't seem to get login to work properly when it links over to website. The service is not a scam it is very real. Please redevelop application as the linking over the website deal is very annoying. Look forward to using this app if it's redeveloped in that manner. Fleet owner

Car was out for 2 weeks with no payment. Over 2 months ago still trying to get paid. No way to get hyrecar to call. Still waiting. My car was totaled and i had to pay driver back. Chris from hyrecar is so unprofessional

This app doesnt work on my phone. Samsung Galaxy s6 edge. Will rate better when they update.

Never put your cars on this platform! this is SCAM. Their insurance is scam, and all the ticket renter receives you will be responsible for. their support will be ignoring you and there is no way to get anything out of them if you have a problem. You are just giving car to the person you don't know and have no way to get anything out of them. if you have a problem, you will be dealing with it on your own

Got my car back trashed and broken and I had to cover the charges load of bullshit. You asswipes collect most of the money I make anyway bye.
