I downloaded End Codependency Hypnosis script and I listen to it nightly. I have purchased several of Kym Tolson and Hani Al-Qasem's hypnosis apps and I drop off to sleep every night listening to the Sleep Soundly script and the rest I listen to as I sleep. I have also listened to their apps during the day as extra re-inforcement and I love the "meat" of their scripts. This one absolutely rocks because it has helped me get my feet where they belong, managing my own life and not trying to fix anyone else. I have been codependent pretty much all of my life and now I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off of my shoulders! I am having a lot more fun now, much more than I ever have!!

I really like this app, and I would definitely give it 5 stars except for the fact that it has crashed in the middle of the session about 50% of the time. If someone was able to fix that, then like I said, I'd give it 5 stars!
