The first 22 minutes spent getting you in a relaxed state, which could be improved upon. The actual confidence building message is subpar.

I purchased this as opposed to listening to my other relaxation mp3s because i thought this specifically addressed self confidence. However, this is no different than any other hypnosis recording. All about feeling relaxed, not specifically self confident. Wish i could still get refunded.

Honestly, this has been great for me. I can feel the difference and I can see how people are to me now. I feel great and ready for everything! Confidence is EVERYTHING!...LATERALLY!.
