Not really hypnosis of course but it's relaxing. I like the tune and the first black & white pattern. The other spirals don't really work so well in my opinion; all the crazy colours and patterns kind of clash with the relaxing vibe of the music. There are many other simple spiral patterns that work well for this purpose (just look up "hypnotic spiral" on youtube). Maybe consider changing a few and this app would be tops.

IT ACTUALLY WORKS I absolutely loved this app it was so amazing you definitely have to state in the middle for about 2 or 3 minutes and take deep breathes but it is so cool!
