hello sanrio: say hello!

BUT, I do think some changes could be made. I'm a little too active on the app, and I'd love to see it as more of a social media type thing but keeping the forums!. I was thinking that when you go on a profile you can actually see what the person has posted and there can be more options for friends and maybe even mini games or quizzes. Overall I love the idea of this app, it's one of the greatest ideas I'll never think of, lol. OH, I ALSO THINK THERE SHOULD BE A CALENDAR FUNCTION for Sanrio events!

Took many reinstallations just to register an account. Finally got on an found nothing to do. Don't waste your time. Only 1000 downloads on a 30mb app(the size of about 5 songs) should tell you something.

I have reinstalled twice and it won't register me or work properly. being a massive hello kitty fan, this really upsets me!

Signing up should be easy and simple but the way the input boxes are laid out and not seeing the entire form on one screen makes this app hard to use.

Good morning. I am user from Malaysia. I did sign up an account. But when I wanted to edit my profile,it said couldn't log in to my account. What's the problem?

Right now it's just a community message board. It is slow and seems unfinished and unresponsive at times. I have to click repeatedly for it to actually do anything. I am unable to heart any messages. The only fun thing was creating an avatar but I can't figure out how to edit it or really see my avatar again, just an icon. I imagine this will be the hub for the planned future apps and games. Right now it is pretty useless unless you want to post with other sanrio fans. Will edit eview when they add more.

I'm tired of Sanrio promising all these awesome Hello Kitty events and apps and they're not prepared. Please go back and fix the app then try again. I can't register.

Have tried several times to set up an account but it won't allow me to complete the information. Certain selections don't work at all, so I'm stuck. How do you get any assistance?
