To provide practical tools that aid in training and equipping men and women for success and succession in leadership, five-fold ministry, and promoting the furtherance of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the establishment of His Kingdom upon the earth.

To reconcile men and women from every ethnic, economic, and social background into the spiritual and natural blessings of salvation by providing a spiritual atmosphere within the ministry that encourages growth, equips for destiny, and embraces the benefits of the kingdom of God.
