It does what it's supposed to, although I suggest changing your tip about plain cold water in the morning, warm lemon water has been proven to do a lot more for you in the morning...

It really motivates me to drink more water.with it , I started to actually think of how much water I consume exactly each day.I also find myself trying to make the plant grow so hard lol( each time u drink more water and record it.there is a plant in a pot that gorws-once you reach ur days goal the plant fully blooms!)

DOesn't matter how much water you drink. Your plant still won't grow. I literally had to drink over 19 bottles of one litter of water and still didn't grow not even a few inches. The point of the app is to help you find interest into drinking more water by help grow plants. Dont work waste of time

This app is not useful to me at all the plant never grows no matter how much water you drink, nor does the app remind you to drink water. I have tripple check that I have the settings right and I really just don't like this app at all. Uninstalling
