Hydro-Québec

Does show outage on Maps but any other service is a redirection to HQ's website. I was wishing to access my account directly on my phone like those banking app. Highly disappointed.

The app is marginally better than hydro's ability to keep the lights on..... Seems to me if hydro was even minimally competent the app wouldn't be necessary. App has to be forced closed. Hydro sucks

Not useful, send you each time you need to see something related to your account. And why notification is not used based on a post code? Would need to push the app more

Pretty useless app if it just opens links onto the website. I'm quite capable to do that without an app

Why no apps to manage you hydro account?

Absolutely useless, cannot manage account in-app. Terriblement inutile, Il n'est pas possible d'accèder au compte Hydro.

This apps does nothing relating to your account details. Just use the web version

This so-called "app" is basically a mobile-friendly version of the Info-Panne website, with the added ability to follow an incident and get updates. Please improve this app (and the Info-Panne site) to allow users to report outages... Trying to report them by phone is awful.

I live in a neighborhood that gets at least 4 power outages a year (very old HQ infrastructure). The app never indicates when there are power outages but the phone line indicated every time it is due to equipment failure and that it should be repaired in about 2 hours. How is it the phone system is more "automated" then a Web page or an app on a portable? If you call from a land line it knows where you are and the network status, it would be nice if the app used geolocation to do the same. Pretty bad.

Don't show the updated outages and don't allows make the reports. So what is the utility, just showing to what phone I must call?

Useless. Late information, no new info regarding outages and late updates.

Hard to find your location on their stupid map. And when you do, all it says is: power outage at this address. Well thank you Einstein, but I already knew that! No estimated return time. Not even after 5 hours! Worthless. Worthless. Worthless

The Expected time for the end of a power outage does not get updated often enough. An hour and a half after the time for the outage to be fixed had passed, the Expected time for the end of the power outage had never been updated and we still had no power.

Application Inutile qui donne de l'information erronée et en retard

J'ai installé seulement pour commenter l'app ; je m'attends a plus comme par exemple un gestionnaire de compte qui serait grandement apprecié par plusieurs abonnés

N'est pas à jour est c'est n'est pas possible de signaler une panne. Pas fort.

This should be more. As client we should be able to check out our consumption

The Web page isn't updated in real time. Why did we get those networked meters? Anyway this app isn't better that the Web page. And the Web page isn't better than calling.

Vaut mieux téléphoné. La carte (application ou web) ne donne pas la bonne information sur les pannes. Mais par téléphone, oui.

Nous avons une panne depuis 45 minutes et l'application n'indique toujours rien! Bravo pour le résultat!

Lors d'une panne de 20 heures, l'application ne m'a jamais donné de temps estime pour la réparation, et quand le service fut rétabli l'application indiquait toujours une panne et je n'ai pas eu d'avis.

Info sur pannes n'est pas à jour. Mieux de téléphoner ou info est actuel. Comme c'est la function primaire c'est pas utile

Useless

Le service a la clientèle/service technique ne met pas a jour l'heure de rétablissement qui est affiché dans l'application. On doit continuer d'appeler au service à la clientèle pour etre tenu a jour. Cette application m'est donc tout à fait inutile pour être tenu informé.

Es una aplicación que no le veo ni una utilidad.

This app is amazing. It let's me see my daily usage, compare it to previous time frames and see all my billing history as well as the avg temp per day for the past and present time frame. Wonderful for someone like me who prides themselves on keeping energy consumption down.

Recently had a whole block power outage and the app & Website said I had power

Fonctionnalités mauvaise incapable de montrée de panne j'ai dû utilisé le site. Bad fonctions had to use Web to see outage.

App est essentiellement google earth et n'est pas updater en real time , pas d electricite un service de marde une app de marde.

Avoir accès à notre compte comme sur le site Web serais encore plus génial!

Shows you power outage only, I figured it offered to check you account as well but just directs you to your browser. Uninstalled!

C'est une vraie blague, une application de l'entreprise québécoise est juste en anglais.
