Never loads. Try to open it and might open once. Once you get in the features are better than the old app. I will continue to use the old app till this one is fixed.

I drive for a living and can't always type in my info to log in the old one I could save my info and just hit log in and I was in and seen me account in seconds this one is so slow and hardly works I keep using old one

Lots of bugs. Hope they fix this soon! I used to use the old app all the time. The only thing we gained with this was the remote check deposit, but that's only good if it works!

Can't get the app to load most of the time. I think the old app was more reliable.

Can't get it to work..old app used to

Tried to set it up on new phone. Even went to bank and finally got it to work there. Went to sign in a day after and right back to user id and such. Worked great on my other phone without any problems for yrs. Guess its updated or something? Please fix. It is great to use. Thanks. UPDATE... working now. Thanks for fixing. It is a good app. Used it for yrs.. UPDATE AGAIN. Now back to having to set it all up from scratch again with id and info again. No good app.

I am not able to get on it. I have it downloaded and have been in it three times but it will say "updating" and then will go to a screen that has a circle of dots going round and round without the app moving on. I hate it!!! Please fix this issue or go back to old app which I NEVER had a problem.

App will only load 1 out of 10 times. Please fix

Yeah, I'm having the same problem with it spinning and not opening. Please get the bugs out of the new one before shutting down the old one, which works just fine. Thanks!

The update is terrible

Won't work on galaxy s6 with android 6.0

Go back to the old app style or fix this one. Or I'll go to another credit union. It never loads. It's horrible!
