Update is useless. I'm done with Bass Pro. I still can't believe they're buying Cabelas. It's only a matter of time before they screw them up too.

I'm a life long customer of bass pro shops. I buy all bass pro shops brands including redhead,blackout,ect never been disappointed until this app hit my phone. Johnnie Morris let's not loose track of your good name on bass pro shops.

Im disgusted about the changes they have made to this app. I used to browse it every day at lunch now its useless and i havent made an order since it has been changed....

Just redirects to website.....useless

I've used it before with no issues, but today I opened it and said there was an update, so I updated it but to no avail. I would open it and the message saying there was an update would pop back up and I would select update, and then go to Google play store and not be able to update because it was updated. So I would select open, but the message would still pop up in the app. Therefore I can't use the app because of this endless loop.

This app is now so useless that it has caused me to rate an app for the first time. Normally I dont care enough to write a review. I shop Bass Pro as well as other fishing stores regularly. I was considering making a purchase today. Until this is fixed none of my money will be spent at Bass Pro.

Count me in with those who see that the update was beyond stupid. For extra stupidity, you HAVE to update, it won't let you in until you do, and then all it does is redirect you back to the website. Remind me what the point is of having an app that's essentially a bookmark back to my browser? I was going to login and purchase something from my shopping real quick but now it's not worth the trouble. Not gonna buy it from the website either. They need to realize that stupidity costs sales.

Fire the software delevopers for the obvious choice to release without testing. Release the CIO as well for allowing it. All app operations fail. App only serves as a bookmark redirect to the website. Caution to all users, consider removing this app as the developers have no idea what they're doing. You could be opening yourself up for exploit and Bass Pro won't be there to protect your personally identifiable information. Their IT Dept clearly needs to do some housekeeping. You've been warned.

I thought there was a problem with the app so I uninstalled it and did a reinstall. I used to browse the app to get ideas of what I wanted, now it only goes to the website which uses more data then I'm willing to use. This update must be one of the worst updates I have seen in a long time. I guess until things change, I'll just use my other apps for my sporting needs.

Latest update makes this app useless. If I wanted to use the website, I'd be using it. Someone had a serious case of the stupids when they thought this up!!

The update had ruined the app. May as well uninstall and just use the website for anything I need from them. I hate this update. Why are people always trying to fix things that are not broken?

Last update completely ruined the app, I would go to the website through my browser myself if I wanted. But I downloaded the app for a reason and now it's completely pointless

If I wanted to use the website, I would just bookmark it. No need for the "app". Useless update!

Well I was about top put in a big order for new fishing gear but since I can't get into the app I'll pass for now and just wait until I'm on the road to stop in at some lucky retailer to get what I need for this next outting. It keeps saying i need to update but i can't even find it in the app store any longer..... bye for now email me when you get it fixed....uninstalled

Good going, you have taken a beautiful app, and made it as lousy and convaluted as possible. What I could do in 3 presses now took me about 15. And like the others have said, it simply re-directs you to a sub-par "busy work" confusing Web site. I intended to purchase a Daiwa steez sv tw, a 500$ reel. Thank your developers, who obviously have a syndrome whereas their circle of Willis is clogged with fecaliths, for causing bass pro to lose a sale to fishusa or tackle warehouse. PS if you need to hire COMPETENT developers, I have a 7 yr old grandson who hacked into the entire school districts computer system, he will work for candy. Your existing ones are overpaid with gum drops

I love apps that just loop you to update their app. It is now beyond useless and has now been uninstalled. At least the Cabelas app works.

When you press shop,it redirects you to a browser version. It basically leaves the app and opens up your broswer filled unorganized subject.

Used to be a 5 star app, now it just redirects you to the website. 1 star, pointless app.

Was a great app until the up day on 7/19. Then it turned into an app that redirects you to website. There is no need for the app if this update stays

The latest update is awful. I cannot find what I wanted and got tired of slogging through the web site that I was forced to use. Sorry, but I have to give up, uninstall the app and go elsewhere.

Bad bad bad update now worthless, can't log in, and it just takes you to the website for everything else.

Like everyone else on here I went to update and now it keeps telling me I need to update. It went from decent to worthless.

App to online sight bs sucks takes too long i could've order $1000 in the time it took me to check out one rod on the old app version new version now im not gonna buy through bass pro deleting app now

It was a decent app until the update I was forced to install this morning. What's the point of an app if it takes you to the website in a browser when you try to shop?

When I first got this app you could make purchases from it. Worthless. What's more worthless is that BPS hasn't fixed it yet. App delete coming up.

It keeps saying I need to do an update, but it has already and won't let me use the app. Very disappointed

Whatever update it claims is nonexistent. I tried to update as it insisted only to loop on and out of the play store telling me it's updated.

Loved it until the new update. Can't log in now. Will keep the app in the hopes that it will get fixed soon.

Worked great before update on 7/19. Totally screwed up a good thing.

For anyone that is thinking of getting this app, just don't. Not even really an app anymore, it just sends you to their website. One update and went from a 5 star app to 0, well 1 star because you have to.

This app is absolutely pointless now. All it does now is track rewards points and redirect you to the website.

Downright useless. Click on any selection and it takes you to the website. I downloaded the app TO USE THE APP!!!!!

Went from user friendly, easy to access to a worthless pile of junk. To the app designers, well done!!

Stupid update makes app useless. Fire the programer and start over with one that works.

Terrible "update". Useless now. I guess I won't be buying that $150 jacket...
