Helpster Live Homework tutor

This is an amazing app. I normally use Chegg but I like this one better. I love that it's live so you don't have to wait for someone to write back to your question. It's really fair priced as well.

New name. HwPic is now Helpster. You can see your tutor and ask questions using right from the app.

I use them for algebra and they are supper helpful. Biology and chemistry help is also very useful.

I get the answer to all my questions really quickly using this app. I love it. Highly recommended.

The tutors are really helpfull an nice

I could not ask a question because it was not the business day hours so i would have to wait untill the next business day. It is no helo at all ! And you have to have points to ask a question, how you get points i dont know. Dont waste your time or your storage

This is the first and only review I have ever written for anything. Awful App! I spent $35.00 on homework help point and never received any. I emailed 2 times and never received a response. DONT waste your time and money.

I paid for the points you need for help I did not get the points I paid for..I sent them an email an they never replied. Scam!!

The points thing is stupid. should just let me take a picture & answer my homework. but its not working.

Ugh I'm new to the app and need desperate help with my homework but I need points? The brainly app point system is much easier to deal with. I can't even earn points but buy them. And I ain't wasting money on your damn app That's bullshit! Forget this I'm going back to brainly

I purchased knowledge points and they weren't added to my account. I emailed them and didn't get an answer back.

I think it's a good app I just strongly dislike the point system thing. It's annoying and keeping me from getting answers to my questions.

It's a good app but you have so many points you have to have in order to ask a question...so it's kind of pointless in my opinion

Could use some work still nicely done and maybe you could lower the price of the points since it's so expensive. But besides that nicely done!

My point never updated and I tried twice to get 500 points and it never updated, this better not show up on my bill!

This helps alot but i think its waste of my time trying to earn points so i can get help on my homework other than that i find this app extrmely helpful.

Yeah. I bought points and then it wouldn't answer my question and then said I had 0 points.

I put my email a dress and it declines it I did it again 2 hours later it worked but I need points to start what's the point of downloading the app if you need to work harder on the app then your homework

Spent money buying the points needed but they never credited to my account. Sent emails requesting assistance but no help received. Don't use.

I was denied when I put a friend's email in. It stated it wasn't a "valid email." So I put in my daughter's email that has the program again DENIED. I tried other emails and they all came up that email's were not valid. Very odd. I'm sorry I'm un-downloading.

They stole my money. I bought 525 points and then thought I had made a mistake when the points didn't appear and did it again. I looked at my bank account and sure enough they charged me twice. Emailed with no response. It's a scam...don't give them money..I repeat no money!!

I really need help and this point system makes it hard for me to get help when I need it. The number is a little high. It would help if they were lower.

Its so complicated and it said hwpic and I couldn't take 1 picture and u need to get points to do that I just didn't like it it wasn't at all useful.⭐

I liked it, was very fast in giving answers. Not too thrilled about the points system part but overall it's good :D

This is cool even tho u have to earn points but I don't have to do my homework and I know it sounds lazy but I have like 7-9 classes were I go to sxhool

As discribed. I sent 3 questions and I got my answer in less than 5 min. Work smooth and love it..... thanks for a useful app like this.

The app keeps closing,the point concept is stupid,and it has been no help whatsoever.Download it if you will,but take my review as a precaution.

It's all okay but I got points but it won't load them therefore I can't use them. I would give it five stars if they fixed this.

Everything is good.... Hours are kinda hard to work with... I need it after school @ 4PM and I'm central so that's annoying. Also, the points are too high for one question, or one essay. OTHER THAN THAT, I WOULD RECOMMEND!!!!! :) For me, its almost worth the price.

Its fine as far as reviews goes but it only gave me 70 points but i need like 200 for help in geometry. Then when i try to earn free points there was nothing except making a review which only gives me 20.

I haven't used it yet I had to rate it so I could get some stupid points so it would do my work.

You really need to eliminate the point system. How can a new user be expected to get any help whatsoever if there aren't enough points to even submit a question. Plus, the means to obtain points are also relatively limited.

I realized they asked for more knowledge points just to ask 1 question then they start you out with,even with earning "free" points. So I went ahead and purchased the $5.99 knowledge point package and NEVER recieved my points. I wrote to them via the email listed under 'help'. 1 month later, no response and still no points! Don't waste your money!

Love it, gives fast answers that are accurate. Easy way to get homework done quicker

The amount of knowledge points required is sometimes high but other than that it's pretty good :)

Helps me at anytime but u should start off with at least 100 or 200 coins
