Blaze Pizza

Wanted numerous attempts to sign up, give debit/credit card information and at the end, won't allow a "submit". Pizza is pretty good but app sucks. What's the point of ordering online to save time if I have and wait until I get there to pay. I guess I will not be eating here... Sucks.

Can't sign up in Canada as the postal code is only numbers. The refer a friend link doesn't work. Best thing to do is order off the website and claim your free pizza in person when you go pay.

I must have bought at least 7 pizzas and it only says I had 2 app the people at the restaurant keep saying it's going to show up but it never does .. and of I've gone to two different locations

I write web apps and android apps for a living. This is one of the most poorly designed and functioning apps I've seen developed for a chain type business. Hard to read fonts, confusing navigation, inconsistent functionality, lack of any native app standards. This app has them all! And when I tried to order it made me log out of my account and log back in. Also I can't pull favorite order from order screen and have to go to a separate menu. I also don't see payment details I added earlier. And why do I only get one flame for ordering multiple pizzas? Do I really have to place multiple orders to get proper rewards? I'm really surprised Blaze execs let this go out to production.

Horrible app. Slow and it no longer gives you flames for your purchases. Customer support isn't much help either.

So all my rewards just disappeared. Not to mention, the app is horribly designed, and a terrible UI. Please fix!!!

The app gives you a "free" pizza after ten pizzas but it charges your card when you order so the free pizza is NOT free. I emailed and no answer.

This update is the worse. It deleted my account and I had to sign up again (with the same email). I lost all my flames

I'm having the hardest time signing in now that I forgot my password. Please create a password reset.

Doesn't work in canada...useless to even offer an app that won't work where you have restaurants.

It doesn't work. I can't order through it, errors constantly. Can't load this, that, please login again, error this, that. It sucks.

No way to sign up in canada as it forces zip code and doesnt allow postal code to be entered or even pasted.

The only good thing about this app is the menu.

Ordering and rest of app is disconnected.. But most importantly it just doesn't work. Domino's has the app down pat.. Learn from them. Without the app getting the pizza takes too long.. Have reduced my frequency quite a bit recently

Unbelievably poor quality. Refer a friend doesn't work properly (email accounts don't show up, all sorts of glitches. Just show the referral code and let me copy it how I want!). Signup is awful. Doesn't accept last names with hyphens but doesn't tell you this at all, just "please fill out fields with valid info". Spazzes out during login. I have my doubts it will do ANYTHING properly at this rate. Hire a real developer!

This app worked great until the latest update. Now it won't allow me to order. If it's not fixed soon, we'll be taking our six-pizzas-per-order elsewhere. I love the food but trying to manage the toppings for six pizzas at once is horrible. I used to love the app and used it regularly. Ugg.

PLEASE FIX THIS APP! It was working just fine before it required an update that I still have no idea how to initiate! There is no option to do so. When I come to Google play store it only gives the 2 options "open" as "uninstall". Now I can't get flames for my purchases until this is resolved. Won't be going back to Blaze until app is working.

This is a trash app. Countless issues. Latest one is the cart not loading. I can't make orders anymore. With all the money Blaze makes, it's a wonder how they roll out such a trash app

It wouldn't let me press the final order button so my order couldn't go through, and when I tried to have the barcode scanned at the register so I could earn a free pizza, they said it wasn't the right barcode so I didn't get any points.

Blaze pizza is amazing, always delicious but this app is horrible! It's always acting up on me when I'm doing an online order so I never get my stars because I have to go in to the store to start my order. It's very frustrating especially when I'm rush and I need my blaze pizza fix. Please fix it :(

Flames rarely show up when scanned. I'm missing at least 3 or 4 flames. Considering each flame is probably worth about a 10% discount on your order, it's disappointing that it doesn't work properly. I also tried submitting a mobile order one time and it just froze on me.

You have to buy 10 pizzas in order to get a free one.. Once you download the appyoull receieve a free drink if the barcode shows up. They switched to this "ASAP" things, but all it does is cook your pizza as soon as you order.. In my case I order an hour ahead, and my pizza is cold once i get it. In the mornings the line usually goes alot faster. Depending on whom is the line youll never know how your pizza will end up.. In my opinion the pizza is qood but not worth the complications..

I just downloaded this app and when it gets to the confirm and order screen, it does absolutely nothing even after I entered all my payment info. Huge waste of my time!

Three times I tried to earn a flame, the cashier scans the qr code and says everything is fine but every time the flame is not credited. So I'm still at zero, when I should be at three...

The updated version of the app doesn't seem to be working properly. At the store my order was no where to be found.

Can't order through the app. It's worthless if you can't. I will not go to any locations ever if this isn't fixed.
