This app is quite good but I can't seem to see how you change the primary capture button from video to photo for using it with a Bluetooth selfie stick, this app would be ideal for these if it had an option to the primary button from video to photos.

I have 2 cameras on the back side. I cant use one of them. Only the regular back and front cameras are available.

This app is pretty amazing

Simple and different

It does crop the picture but you still get a good HD quality video or photo and it does eliminate those black bars you get in portrait mode videos. For times when you can't help but film in portrait mode, like filming in say a bird cage to get a video of a nest, or at an angle, it is brilliant and does a job well worth the money needed to remove the watermark. If it could do 4K video on 4K camera equipped phones that would be even better :-)

Awesome video camera app. I used it for the first time last night to record some footage of a gig I was at. Due to the amount of people at the gig, shooting a video is always a problem. This app made it far easier. A nice feature I found is the ability to take still shots while recording video. Tap the camera button next to the video record button and the app captures a still without interruption to the video recording. Sound quality is also usually a problem. Often I play back videos I've recorded at gigs and the sound is distorted and over-driven. Many video apps have no control over mic levels, and while this doesn't either, I found that the audio is much better than I've got with other apps. I've now bought the app. Nobody likes ads or watermarks, and if an app is this good, for less than the pruce of a beer.. it's money well spent and supports development.

Using a Vodafone smart 4 turbo, the standard camera app, would not allow fixed focus in movie mode, resulting in continuous in/out blurred video. Tried several apps, none of which resolved the problem. Using Horizon has solved this, and it is now my default camera app.

This is awesome, and free, and innovative software, waiting for future improvement, this app seem reduce overall video quality by cropping it on screen instead of directly rotating video frame, however it get the job done as said

Wow, the app keeps the view horizontal in realtime like a gimbal, and if you do rotate your fone to horizontal the recording utilizes the full resolition.

My #1 app hands down from videoing rebuilding classic cars and the process to bdays and in between.

I really wish that the Google Play store would require developers to list all the all the In-app purchases in the app description. It's bad enough that so many no longer allow the user to simply buy the app outright. It seems not only greedy but sneaky. Just sayin'.

I have been using this since my iOS days, it has been excellent for my needs, provides level video with some stabilization. I had issues with landscape rotation after upgrading to Marshmallow, but turns out that may have been the phone software acting up, a week later (and probably 2-3 restarts) I tried to use the app again and it works as expected.

EDIT: Nexus 6p running stock 7.0 issue is remedied! Developer contacted me yesterday to clarify the issue and had a fix implemented and rolled out within 24 hours! I use this app on a daily basis... Its nice when you don't have to worry about whether or not your camera is level... Just point and go!

But after upgrading to Marshmallow the interface no longer rotates properly, even if the system notification and all other elements are in landscape, this app still thinks it's portrait, and I do set the rotation on auto

Responsive devs. I had the paid version from a while back and after some trouble at the Android 7 launch it works perfectly again. Worth the paid version for smooth vids of my baby and cats. Cuz that is what I take vids of. Oy.

I had a couple questions I don't even remember if I have the paid version but, the developer answered immediately Works well. Jim gunther
