Offers are awful . Any good ones are limited to 1% of customers. Waste of time.

Awful what are three thinking this is more likely to put people of using there apps I registered it says here are your offers I click it says register to use eek something had gone wrong please register so I register then it just repeat the process sort of like talking to customer service team

useless. all good offers "gone", the rest offers is a weak attempt to sell useless stuff.

App updated first thing Thursday, all free offers conveniently already claimed. Bunch of crap.

All seems to work fine so far. It loaded well, quick and easy to set up, easy to navigate, easy to save offers to my basket. No problems whatsoever.

I managed to save an offer, then it crashes and i lost them all. Useless.

Seems to work OK so far... There hasn't been any offers that are of interest yet, but you can't please everyone... It amazes me how many people areoaning about 3's network coverage, my email won't register, won't work on Wi-Fi.. If you have crap service, why didn't you do your homework and make sure they covered your area sufficiently?? If your email won't register... Have you spoken to 3? Or maybe try the bloody email attached to your contract.. And won't work on Wi-Fi?? Use your data allowance FFS. Why is it, that to some people this is like breaking quantum physics?!?!?! It's really not that difficult sheeples!

Ita a weak attempt to offer extra bonuses like other mobile companies do, love 3 but this is shockingly bad rather they stick to cheap phone plans than than imitate there competition so poorly

Do not get new offers until I delete old... NEVER Had a chance to get free offers... I tried from midnight to 8am to see new offers.... Nothing 13:00 new offers, Free offers Gone

Waste of time. Trying to to compete with O2 Priority but the offers are awful, and any freebies are a limited amount and never available.

Absolute rubbish it tells you to come back on Thursday but when you do it won't load any of the offers?

I like the concept but there aren't many offers and the decent ones have only a small quantity. For example, the free vue tickets, i checked Thursday morning and saw the offer and got excited. By the evening the same day it was all gone. Obviously more would be better but even to be able to see how much is left would be helpful, it's impossible to know if you will even get a chance to use it if you are busy that day.

Missing out on prizes because it doesn't load or loads last weeks prizes. Prizes have got worse and no longer works on WiFi, rarely works in general. A different error message every time I try.

Good idea but bad execution. I don't see this app really taking off, considering that I live in NI and a good portion of the offers aren't available here. Not only that but most of your giveaways aren't actually giveaways at all, they're just competitions. And now to boot, there's absolutely nothing showing up on the app at 4am on a Thursday. Updated app, turned off phone and still nothing. Come on Three, get your act together!!

Supposed to use push notification every thursday but it NEVER works, land up missing out on offers because of this. 3 have a look at Virgin Red, same idea much better execution.

As someone who works during the day i cant keep checking my phone to see it the rewards are there so i never get to even try any of the free things on here as they are always all gone. It needs a fairer system

I don't understand why so many people can't use this app, it's perfectly simple - click on it and scroll through the offers, apply for the offers you like, skip the ones you don't. They update every Thursday but I've just clicked on an offer and it's Saturday and still got it, give it a try.

This app is pure pump. Like not even half a pump, 100% pure pump. More chance of eating a plate of spaghetti and not spilling any down yer top than managing to get an offer from it. But if you like to wholeheartedly put your trust in something only to be ultimately let down time after time with broken promises.....then wow! This app is great and exactly what your looking for. Enjoy

Absolutely pointless. A bunch of 'offers' where you have to pay through the nose to get a few pounds off or something so useless you wouldn't want it anyway.

Looks great but it won't let me register... Been trying for a week and keeps telling me oops something went wrong?? Given up...

The same as everyone else says, great concept but it just fails. Waiting every Thursday for mediocre offers. Eg. Gousto £20 off. I've just been on the site and they are offering £20.99 discount code anyway. The offers aren't that great. It's nothing compared to other phone company apps I've had in the past and kind of boring.

Tells me I've had all my offers, "come back next Thursday". It is Thursday and there are no offers showing today. Was fine before last update

It always fails to load , i checked the app 5 minutes apart and 100000 cinema tickets had went , just very poor like all of three's apps

It's useless! Can't even get past registering email screen for an error message!

2 freebies gone, 1 prize draw, 4 offers which are crap ie book a holiday for a £35 voucher and 6 tribe bars for a quid straight out of poundland anyway

Five offers in total ,couple of interesting ones, gone instantly as the clock hits midnight on wednesday. Waste of time

This is like all the Three ideas crap nothing works from their signal to their customer service and apps i will be glad to leave when my contract is up...they brought out a 4G supervoice to tackle blackspots but does not work in blackspot area's never trust Three network they will always dissapoint you ...

Won't connect, tries to make me re-register, losing out on offers because the app is always playing up. Tried updating, still the same issues.

The concept is good but the execution is shoddy. These aren't really offers. They're adverts hidden amongst rubbish offers that are available anywhere.

Failed to verify my device so app is useless! Don't know whether to blame Three's abysmal network coverage in my area of Three's abysmal app! Either way, one thing is for sure, three is to blame!

The app works as it should. Only issue I have is that there is no notification when there are new offers. This is turned on in settings and used to work.

Just doesn't work. Says loading but goes no further. I try and register (I've given the app full permissions) but it complains saying I need to give it access to my sim. Useless.

Always try and log on, on a Thursday morning! Says come back next Thursday you have use your offers, by the time you get in everything is away.

I got some sweets last week but just looking around and all gifts are gone and it's only Wednesday and the stuff comes out on the Thursday. So why has it come out on a Wednesday.

Well basically it said all of it will give new offers every Thursday i go on it on a Thursday morning and nothing came up until now

Awfull..... A Reward app with 7 offers.... After signing up..... 2 of which had ran out!

An infuriating app that teases you with the promise of freebies, which you can't get because it's a poorly-designed, buggy mess.

I have had a chance to use this app recently to order flowers for my mother. Unfortunately they have not arrived on time due to technical issues. Yet the company offered me free premium flowers for delivery the very next day at no extra cost. Thank you WUNTU

When I access it first thing on a Thursday it declares all the prizes/offers are gone. However when I access it later on, all the offers are there, but the freebies have gone.
