Three for Android
Updated to the latest version. Unable to use the roaming links app crashes. Unable to view any bills, tells me that they are not there have been removed. Cleared cache and data from settings still the same.
Doesn't even work anymore, can't even view my allowances or bills, stuck in updating loop. Utterly useless.
This is my second review and the three app is terrible because it takes for ever to update and sometimes it say 15 minutes update available.Personally the app is useless. Cannot even check anything properly.
This is the worst app I have ever used, it hardly functions, the design is terrible. 3 should be embarrassed! It's laughable
it doesnt update anything cannot see my balance doesnt show anything to be honest I cannot update it the past 3 months. I dont know what is wrong
Fails to recognise my 3 sim in either slot 1 or 2 on my OnePlus 3T. Phone and Internet work fine but app will not recognise sim to allow me to set up the app.
The app is broken, it's telling me that my bills are outstanding when they have been paid by direct debit. I found the same billing problems using the website login in browser. The call centre was useless, telling me to uninstall and reinstall the app. That's about as helpful as turn it off and turn it on again. The call centre did confirm that my account is up to date on their internal systems, so it seems to be some kind of database lag between internal systems and customer login view. Basically, it's a pile of bugs in Three's systems that they would rather ignore than admit need fixing.
I am unable to check my balance on this app. Keep getting network error message. Not helpful at all.
Seems to work OK to me. Tells me how much I owe and credit left
App hasn't worked for months. Uninstalled today and reinstalled now it won't even come on. All i want to do is check the bill... Even when i go onto the website it still won't work.
Hi, the old app was working fine. I went to check my remaining allowance the other day but I doesn't show anything..I've deleted the app and reinstalled but no joy...
Like a lot of other recent reviewers, since the last update I have had a lot of problems connecting. However, now seems to be working ok, so maybe fixed from Three end.
Can't even connect to three. When I load it up it makes me connect but it never works. It worked on my old phone perfectly fine.
Never works even on full 4g signals. where is your quality assurance so customers can report this issue. Fix this
It wont show me anything or update when i can see things. Its gotte worse its kicked me out of the app and refuses to conect to its own network since the new update ive unistalled it and reinstalled it 30 times to dah

Still refuses to acknowledge my 3 sim in a dual SIM phone even when I set the 3 SIM to be the data SIM. Thanks for your reply. The 3 sim is in the second slot but I can toggle which sim to use for data. I did try switching to the 3 sim for data and rebooting the phone. This worked but it more hassle than just using your website via the Chrome browser on the phone. I use the Chrome browser now.
When l first installed this app it would just not work but after advice from Three it now working.
JUST REINSTALLED APP! DOESN'T EVEN AFTER REFRESHING COMPLETELY USELESS
By some distance the worst app on my phone, including the built in Samsung stuff. Tries to do too much and fails to do anything. I only use it when I forget it doesn't work. Finally given up and uninstalled.
Hardly ever work only use it to check data usage says no connection but I've got a connection to leave this review something ain't right
Dog slow. Insists on not using Wi-Fi connection! Cannot find out when my contract ends despite pressing the right my button.
This app forces your device to use data, and won't work on WiFi. It does not state if the data usage for the app is zero rated or not, and I don't want to be charged so unnecessarily
I think that in general is a good app. I would like to see advanced options like your average consumption per month, year, and so on. A cute graph with a yearly mb consumption would be grate for planning and managing your plan
Since the change to this new app it has never worked. Pretty disgraceful really.
Disappointed. The app is stuck in limbo with regards to when payments are due and how much they are for.

Barely works. Can never update my balance properly. Would be useful if it allowed connection via WiFi as well. Says it doesn't recognise my location as well. Perhaps if they spent more time fixing the bugs instead of adding things to updates it might get more than one star. They're lucky you can't give 0 stars because I would definitely give it that. And no, I don't want to speek to them about it. I just want it to be fixed and work properly.
Used to work kinda okay, sometimes you could view your balance, but the updates have progressively run this app into the ground. It's been 35 days since this app was able to successfully update my balance, and I've tried at least 15 times in the period. Quite disgraceful IMO. Edit: Since the update, i am now able to view my balance once again, however it is still not optimal and since improvements are needed.
Sine last update doesn't work at all, was touch and go before the last update now its totally unless. I'm fed up trying to use it. One very annoyed customer, how come ever other mobile company can have a working. app except 3. This App always was CRAP now its just useless. ( have uninstalled and reinstalled and it's working again now ) but why should I have to keep doing this every time I want to use your App??????????????
Abysmal. Can't see what my usage figures are. Just sits there whirling and whirling. My bill for March 2017 is due for payment on the 21st Nov 2016. I'm in a 4G area and everything else works like a dream except for the 3 app.
Really bad app. Won't work on WiFi won't work with VPN. It would be so much better if it was an app that just logged in with user name and password much like the mobile website! Needs a new app written from the ground up!
Used to work, now i can't view anything to do with my account. Reinstalled and its the same. It also keeps taking me to the setup when I load up the app. edit: clearing the cache made no difference. Now it won't even connect to 3 it just times out. So great start to a new 12 month contract not being able to see my usage.
Three keep saying your not aware of any problems! While customers say there is!! LISTEN to your customers! Without a doubt this must be the very worst app On Google play store since you changed its format.
The latest version is slightly better than the earlier versions, but not by a lot, if you didn't know that it was a company selling technology, you wouldn't believe it, it's really surprising how bad it is! Procedure for registering/login on/check balance:- switch off WiFi (even if it is 3), switch on 3 mobile data, turn browser to private settings, enter your email address, click lost password (especially if you have never had one), switch to your email account, go back to 3 web page, enter random generated password, enter new password several times, login with new password, repeatedly click update until balance shows, guess what it means as it might as well be random numbers, it's much easier to phone for a balance and probably more accurate........
Used to work, now just takes up space on the phone. Dear 3 Thank you for the reply, but I tried everything you suggested, the app is up to date, I tried deleting all the data, I uninstalled then reinstalled the app, it has come back to life but I suspect not in the way intended, so I've raised it from 1 star to two. Think you could do with more testing before release!
Every time I open the app it asks for permissions. Old version was awful. New one looks nice, but not without glitches. I think it is not worth install then reinstall blah blah. Did everything, but it doesn't work. This is last time I'm bothering with 3 app.
The app is generally very good but when I check my credit I find that the amount shown is not real time; the actual real time credit might be considerably less than that shown. That's my only negative.
Absolute crap. Hasn't been working for a few days, so I uninstalled and reinstalled. Works even less now. Never shows how much data I have left, which is the one think I need to monitor regularly. Every new update just makes it worse

Firstly, I'm using s Samsung Galaxy S7 and Note 4 so there's NO excuse for this not working well. But the information is out of date by about 24 hours, oftentimes only a tiny screen image renders in the top left corner of the screen, Add-ons can't be accessed and the message "This portlet encountered an error and could not be displayed" appears far too often. Actually, even once is too damn often. Abysmal.
