Automower Connect

In general very nice app, and easier for some things than doing them from the mower. My main problem so far is setting the timer randomly doesn't work (either I save and it checking again its not saved, or it resets back sometimes even after i checked it was ok after the save). I'm guessing some sync issue with the mower. I would be happy to upgrade the review when this is improved. Other than that, would be great to see more of the menu in the app, as well as more explanations or links to the docs for the various features.

Horrible usability... Terrible user interface. So confusing to set to main or secondary area, no battery indicator, and completely locks you out if something goes wrong until you can physically touch the robot. Dev needs more thought put into app usability and flow.

Decent app but could have some improvements, mainly a battery indicator and more push notifications for when things go wrong. It's laid out well though. A description on the mower errors may be useful as well. Overall, our total experience thus far (app and mower) had been very positive.

I loved the first version of the app 100%, but it just forced me to update to version 2.1.2, and it's now unusable. Severe sync delay, wont "connect" to mower, and won't allow any setting changes unless connected to mower. Horrible update.

Should be better. It happens that the app forgets the password and you have to type it again. When the mower is not active due to the "weather timer" the only option you have is to "Park" the mower (why the hell, it is already docked! ). There should be a possibility to override the weather timer to force the mower to start mowing.

All in all not a bad app. I do agree with most of the other users about a few extras it could do with, like the battery indicator, seeing more of the tracking of where it's been would be nice and the full geofence of the garden in the mower memory. I also have two issues, one that with the weather timer on and the mower gets stuck if you restart it with the code, it goes straight back to docking and done for the day. Pain in the ass! Also I've just lost connection with the mower, apparently a common problem. Just says 'disconnected' and won't reconnect. Big problem for me when I'm away and don't get any notification that it's stuck etc. So come on Husqvarna sort it!

Overall is O.K. and it's working. Maybe to slow interface with some lag. You should add some more features and information like: battery status, more history movement of the mower, custom ring tones and messages for alarms, basic settings with the date and time. In my area is Google maps underlay very old and bad quality - add option to use custom local high resolution map background.

Hot garbage! The mower is awesome! This app literally doesn't work! It's absolutely worthless! Every function is broken and unusable!

Good when it works. Mine keeps losing contact with the mower and the settings are then unchangeable. Only had it 2 months and its done it 3 times. Very irritating.

Really good app. It also raises an alarm if the mower gets stuck or is lifted. I would wish for a battery charge indicator in the app.

GPS is not accurate. I frequently see my mower in the street in front of the house or 2 gardens away when (luckily so far) it's not... When it is stuck somewhere it would be nice to have some control like stopping the alarm (to avoid disturbing the neighbours) or restarting it (to find where it is)....

Helt ok. Hade varit bra att se batteriet medans den kör och inte bara när den laddar. En widget hade med varit nice att ha.

App Not working now. At the price they are its a shame for huskvarna

Excellent! Should be able to configure notification like "moving" "charging xx%" "stoping". Some widgets could be great too. I am sure it's coming!

It's OK, but I would like more information and settings. Battery status all the time, and more advanced features.

Work well. Would be great to add the ability to adjust the clock from the app and be a little more efficient with mowing by adding patterns to pick from our allow a random selection.

It s a shame this isn't compatible with legacy SMS based automower 265ACX

Not only very practical and functional, but fun too! I love showing off where my mower is and what's it's doing from hundreds of miles away!

It all works. Fast. Well designed. Good interface. Obvious and easy to use. Bravo.

My retailer said I was supposed to measure my lawns slope using the app, in order to determine which mower model to get. Turns out you need to pair the app to a mower to log in. Catch 22. Im sure app works well for other purposes.

This app and hardware has paid for itself within a few weeks as it has meant I have no need to visit my property to rescue the mower or adjust settings. Initial "homing" issues following perimeter wire were resolved by adjusting the corridor width remotely. I just wish the manual was a lot more detailed and there was also a facility for more comprehensive SMS commands or status updates for when you don't have data or don't use a smartphone.

Looks nice. A pity that you cannot check out all the features of this app before deciding to install the hardware. A shame that it's not available for the newest models (am310 and 315) Could have way more features like "start spiral mode now" and diagnostics (signal quality, cutting effort, battery temperature, charging times, speed...) which are all available via the pro menu or autocheck. All these could be hidden in an advanced features menu in order not to scare the first time users. Ideally it could generate a diagnostics report to send to the dealer
