Sinds de update kan ik de app niet meer openen. Hij geeft alleen aan dat hij gecrasht is! Voor de update opende en werkte hij perfect :(

Giving up on this app, every time I click a product, the app unexpectedly crashes...

Voorheen werkte de app prima, nu kan ik m nog net openen en een tabje aanklikken, maar het moment dat ik iets echt wil bekijken, of naar MijnHKM wil sluit de app met de melding "unfortunately the app has stopped". Ik kan er helemaal niks meer mee. Jammer, want HKM is wel een leuke winkel...:(

Super annoying with all the pop-ups. Checkout is unnecessarily complicated.

I thought it was a good app until I actually tried to buy something and checkout didn't work

Love the app! However since the last update it doesn't open anymore, keeps giving an error before opening

Sobald man vom klasischen stöbern/shoppen abweicht funktioniert wirklich nichts so wie es sollte und die fehler die ich habe werden nicht mal ordentlich mit meldungen abgefangen. Sollten sie einen usability tester brauchen biete ich mich gern an. ios & android wohlgemerkt!!!

It got a few rare bugs with the favorites not saving, but other then that all good. :)

Same problem. It says the password doesn't match but I just tried on the normal website and it works. Tried changing password and everything. The app is useless

Still can't log in. Same problem as the others in the comments below. It tells me my username and password don't match (they do, I even reset my password).

I cannot login. It always says user/pw are incorrect, although they are correct and work for the website. If I click on "forgotten pw" from the app, I do not receive any email.

I can't login after Update! I had try more times and do all right. At the browser I can login, but at the App it doesn't working.

Hartelijk dank voor jullie reactie Hunkemöller, dit toont dat jullie je klanten serieus nemen. Na de laatste update van 5-11 doet de app het weer feilloos! Goed bezig!

My login details are deleted after every update and I have to log in every time. It is very inconvenient.

Tells me I'm offline every time I want to log in. Makes it kinda useless. (Which is funny because the app was hyped so much at the local store.)

The app used to work just fine. Now everytime I try to look at a product it crashes. And sometimes also when i scroll down fast it crashes. This problem isn't even new. Please fix it ASAP.

Not possible to log in, email address supposedly unknown - but have registered with member card in the shop.... If i skip that step, doesn't load... Not impressed

What the bloody hell?? I can't log in because then it tells me I don't have a network and I can't browse through the articles without logging in either because then it crashes within the minute! Don't know if it would work when I'm logged in obviously because like I said I can't! I suppose the app could be nice if it would work properly, but it seems as though there is still a lot of work on it before we get to that point...

Phone: OnePlus One, OS: CM12s - Lollipop, Needs some serious bug fixing. As everybody can see I'm a guy, :O, well what I mean is its not made for me but its quite handy to have, so that it makes shopping gifts for my girlfriend easier, and also cheaper!! ;D, but it really needs some bug fixing, it crashes when I click on "My Hunkemöller" seriously its kinda the main thing about this app!,

Kunnen andere winkels een voorbeeld aan nemen, alles gaat via de app, geen pasje nodig, geen brieven, heel goed!

Slow and promotions don't work in the checkout.

Useful, 10/10 positive Entertaining, 10/10 great Visual design, 10/10 excellent Functional, 5/10 poor Loading, 3/10 bad Saving, 3/10 bad A few updates will make this app perfect but its functionality needs serious attention.

It works just fine, but some things could be improved, for example the going back in the shop

Apparently my membercard is not valid. Useless for me, I can't make a profile. Fix it please.

sometimes lagging on my phone and only shows bits of what you can get in shop

Works fine, love the fact that you can see the products! Now hoping to win the swimwear/ giftcard! I need a new bikini for my vacation in Portugal!
