Couldn't create an account and therefore couldn't use the app. Kept getting error undefined message. Can't order online using Mobile device either. Bummed but I'll have to take my business elsewhere.

Why is such a cool app specific to only one location? Makes no sense. Would get many more downloads if it was for all locations and you could choose.

This isn't about the app it's about the bear creek garlic knot. This restaurant has gone majorally down hill since the management has changed....the food is terrible, the attitude of the staff is horrible, oh yea if u've been to this location then u know about the question for free garlic knot's then ? Well the other day my wife and I stopped here to use the restroom and then when we came out we decided to try and answer the question which was how many miles are the finger lake trails in new York? Well we answered 584 miles the manager told us that was incorrect he said it's 538 until we showed him on our phones that we were correct. Then he asked if we were placing an order we said no but where's our free knot's ? He said it's only valid with an order. But it doesn't specify that anywhere I think the real reason is bcuz he felt dumb telling us 538 when it's 584 lol FYI don't buy pizza or knot's from there.
