Our passed down Italian recipes are to create our signature dough, pizza sauce, marinara and Sweet Italian Chicken or Pork Sausage. Our tomatoes are “Real Italian” tomatoes NOT from concentrate and our mozzarella is the best in the country does NOT contain additives, fillers or preservatives. We make two types of pizza: traditional, square-cut thin crust and The Chicago Deep Dish. d’marcos also has pasta, salads and locally selected desserts.
