Wat should I recommend to others, it is not downloading I tried many times, showing err 496. Other applications r downloaded. Wat to do, any suggestion? Solve this prob.

Opening the app just displays the message that you can book rides starting Monday Oct 16 which is today, and doesn't let you proceed. Useless and uninstalled.
