ScanMedia for Android
Fake app maybe.
Always crash when u tap rescan.
Crashes when I tap the button
FCs on scan
When I open the app I see something saying "ReScan" so I press it and then the app unfortunately force closes on me like every time.
It didn't work. It just says it stopped working when I hit rescan
Wouldnt show my Gallery or Music Player items when using those apps.
If been looking for such a tool =) Should be included in stock Android...
Tried this as an alternative to SDRescan as it was smaller. SDRescan works. ScanMedia doesnt.
Doesnt seem to actually do anything on my DroidX.
Absolutely Fantastic! Galaxy S
Simple and cool
It works, but quiet.
Does as it says on the tin, no problems, Desire 2.2
Works great. A widget would be nice.
Does the job. Nexus One
Does its job well.
Fantastic! Needs a widget tho..... :-)
Simple, clean and does the work perfectly.
The app shuts down as soon as I press the scan button.
It works quietly
Exactly what i am looking for. Simple but very useful!
Best in group.
Saves a reboot when files added
Force closes immediately upon trying to run a scan. M8, rooted.
Works, but want a way to just autorun the media scan on startup, too--that's when my media seem to go missing--but without running a svc all the time.
Always FC. Does not work at all. FC when you click the Rescan button.
Didn't work. Evo 2.2
Fantastic app. Very simple & works flawlessly. Eclair 2.1 on a Samsung Galaxy S.
Does the job on HTC Wildfire, just wait some time after pressing the button.
Works pretty good. I dont like the app's icon. Htc Desire
i appreciated ~ this apps solved my problems ~thanks alot .thanks to save me
This app safe me from factory reset, because I can't see anything on gallery and music. Simple & Superb 5 star :D
really good app saves me rebooting all the time to update my music plus its really fast defiantly recommended
What a time saver. Nice common sense app. Happy I found it. Thanks
Finally googled how to refresh card without rebooting or plugging into usb, found this, works!
A great band-aid. Wouldn't be needed if developers coded their apps to refresh the gallery when new media is added.
Does exactly what its supposed to but it would be nice to have a widget so you didnt always have to open the app. Maybe in a future update?
Makes ya wonder why a feature like this isn't built in by default. Saves on reboots, that's for sure.
