Model releases on-the-go. Flexible, free and ad-free app for handling a photographer's business paperwork such as Model Release, Contracts and Freelance Agreements.
* Use your own logo on all contracts without having to edit any document templates.

Comes with two sample model release forms and a sample portrait agreement. You can modify the agreements by editing the XML files provided by the app or creating your own from scratch if you have a bit of XML experience.
Simply choose a document template, fill in any fields like who the client is and where the shoot is taking place, and have the client sign right on the screen with their finger or a capacitive stylus. Photog Companion will generate a PDF document and optionally upload it to Google Drive or Evernote for you.
Long-press on a locally stored document (on the "Documents" tab) to attach it to an email to send to your client after they have signed it.
Integrates with your address book to auto-populate fields in the agreements. Just add your clients to your address book before using the app to make things easier!
Never again will you get caught at a photo shoot without a model release form or contract for work at hand!
If anyone makes nice sample contracts available they wouldn't mind adding to the app's default templates, drop me an email with the template XML file attached and I'll see about adding it for new users.

Also, please note I'm working on an interface for editing agreement templates on the device. In the meantime you can edit them from your desktop by tweaking the XML files.

I was excited to see this app. And it has some cool features. But I cannot open the Portrait Agreement section. The app just hangs and does nothing and has to be force closed. I have also sent a error report. Once that's fixed I would be more than happy to give it a higher rating. I am using Samsung Galaxy Note 2

This seems to be really easy to use. Just type in the shoot details and get the model to sign. Full release is then available and uploads itself to Google Drive. Only thing missing I can see so far is the ability to create/edit releases (per picture for example)

Needs a bit of polish, but works quite nicely. Xml implementation seems limited, but I'm no expert. Would be nice to add thumbnail of model for completeness from the front camera if present Also there is no provision for the Photographer to sign

At least not while at a photo shoot. Well a stylus might be helpful for the model to make a good signature with. This app is very simple in terms of layout. You simply fill in a few blanks, hand the tablet or phone to the model and have them sign. I really like the ability to export the signed documents in pdf format so that they can be printed or even uploaded to your Google drive for backups. Tony has done a fine job indeed.

Worked fine...until it didn't. After a few months, the menus went blank, no templates. Re-installing didn't help.
