Rarely Works! I always get general error messages. Makes me want to switch prescription provider.

Could not add new credit card, the app would only look at the expired card and wouldn't fill my prescription. After 15 mins on the phone, I got the new credit card registered but I ended up with two orders of the same prescription. This is because the is not good and the people on the phone don't listen.

So easy to use. I dont have to leave the house and it's also cheaper than the usual pharmacies

great prices. The monthlu allowance for OTC meds and supplies is a great benefit.

Easy to keep up with everything & reorder meds. The only issue I have is it doesn't show all OTC meds

So far, this has proven to work great for reviewing prescriptions and ordering. Wish I known about app before! I will definitely use it often. Thanks!

Love this app but you need to give more instruction. It makes life so much easier!

What's the point of having an app if you can't register? It will not accept the typed numbers for either zip code and DOB. Epic Fail.

This app makes it very easy to refill your prescriptions, and reminds you when your medicine is running low. Very easy and helpful!

I have enjoyed the ease of ordering my refills . Also I love not having to go into the store to order or pick up.

I really like the app, but the submit button in my cart is dim and will NOT let me reorder my Rx. I have reinstalled 6 times and turned my phone off several times to no avail.

It's great now since you updated diabete supplies on this page. Would've been 5 stars if you hadn't changed to every quarter!!!!

Great application, easy to use. Easy to set reminders, place orders, and pay all @the same place. The best part delivered directly to your home.

I have to go online or call to place orders. Whenever I reach Submit on the app it's greyed out, I can go no further.

Have installed several times every time I try to sign in tells me it has stopped working.

Can't figure out how to add script name to order. If it has a new script number, I don't know what the medicine is.

My prescriptions went up and half the time I can't get my meds on here if there's issues with things and I can hardly ever get in to use the app that you can kick me out of just recognized when the information is correct

Very user friendly. I noticed that there isn't near as many products offered compared to a year ago. The BIGGEST NEGATIVE is that the products available ARE NOT IN THE PROPER CATEGORIES which causes one to have to search much longer than one would have to if the items were in there proper category.

I just went to the website and I'm disappointed they took off some of the good items you could order like chapstick and the medical tape that I'm generally able to order and they increased the price of some. Overall the is app Great

I got lost each month on the website trying to find the OTC order form. This took me less than a minute and I ordered and was done!!! .

Entering credit card date is a bit tedious. A direct entry option would be better.

I've used 3 different pharmacy websites, and this is the easiest, most well developed and user friendly app I've ever used!! Only 1 request, please add more vitamins, minerals and herbs to your OTC shopping area. Thank You! ***Update, Thank you so much for adding more vitamins and minerals!

Sometimes this app launches itself for no reason. The sign in screen will open and cancel whatever I'm doing at the time. Please fix it. Also for most people there is no reason this app needs to run at startup. Please add a setting to turn run at startup off. This app is to order medicine there is no reason to use it every day.

This its totally awesome! Helps out a lot!! Sad that they lowered our amount n we can't carry over.....thats a bummer!

Easy to use although I think the book of OTC products gives more variety. I could be wrong (I usually am). But the app is definitely very user friendly!

Your app stops operating (with an apology message) every time I place an order without confirmation of the order. This has been happening at least since Spring 2016. This needs to be fixed.

For this particular function, it was simple, which I require, and easy. I do tend to have issues for the prescriptions sometimes. I will save that for another time. Have not used in a while.

Humana Pharmacy makes it easier for me to care for my Father. It's as close as your mobile device or your P.C .Never have to leave home for prescriptions or OTC meds,greatly appreciate!

Easy to use. I love this app. I wish humana didn't raise their rates. I love humana and humana pharmacy but I have to switch because my premium went up 5x what I was paying last year. :(

It still has some bugs that slow down the process, but it's been very good for a year.

First experiece as just we just switched from Humana, employer plan. Anyicipated problems, but all has gone well so far.

The website has been fixed to shop. Humana Pharmacy makes this way too easy. thank you, Humana

This app works smoothly. There are a couple minor issues but nothing that prevents usefulness.

A little confusing but I figured it out eventually but the otc items were the highest I've ever seen!!

Excellent service, but had problem with site being down several times. Message said "had stopped working, try later"

Much easier than using the online pharmacy for ordering the OTC products. It took me less than half the time.
