I was directed here by my sister who has been a member for several years, I myself was under the impression i was on ObamaCare & at least for me was working extremely well, after Armageddon Trump won & started his rant on repleal & replace I figured i might as well jump ship "Just To Be Safe" & now I'm so glad i did, all my expensives are being covered plus extras i didn't even know about. Thank You Humana, I am 100% Satisfied

Just upgraded to get the fingerprint scanner. Wish that was available for Go365 too. UPDATE: I did have the fingerprint scanner for Go365 and it is now activated - sorry I missed it earlier

WOW!! Super easy to use. Love how all the apps can be opened with one. Wish I installed them long ago!

I am very happy I switched from another insurance to Humana. I like the Service and product Humana has. I like that Humana's Staff called to see if I needed anything. Thank You.Carl Gipson.

This app never works

Much improved with update. Like signing in with fingerprint.

No instructions on how to use fingerprint access!

So far so good. I really like that I can price a prescription.

Very limited in function & times out hen attempting to view or create any ID card. Mobile website is far superior & takes up no additional memory space.

Can register but can never log back in. Talked to customer service and was not at all helpful.

Useful for checking if a provider is in network and pulling up ID cards. Tho sometimes searching for a provider will stop bringing up results until the app is restarted.

Has been showing all pharmacies out of network. Not sure if some pharmacies outside of major chains are covered or not

Put all my info in over 10 times. Got a message every time saying it couldn't find my info. Utterly useless!

Never can log in waste of time

Cannot log in at this time is a frequent message. Program is too "buggy" to be useful.

Won't locate providers.

Problem fixed.

Really easy to use

95% of the time when I try to find a provider on the app, it comes up with "No providers in a 50 mile radius". I know this isn't true, bc all my current providers are within 30. I have had similar issues with the main website, as well. I live fairly highly populated area...this is ridiculous. So many inconsistencies and unreliable programs.

The app looks good so far however, the word "MY" should be dropped... so app can easily be found in a person's many cell phone apps. I keep looking in the H's for HUMANA. Thanks! :-) * APP shows my DEDUCTIBLE under MAX OUT OF POCKET.  DOES NOT SHOW any different CATEGORIES of deductibles.  

I cannot get to SHOP. After a grueling time, IF I get there, it has only diabetic supplies and I DO OTHER HAVE DIABETES. I JUST WANT OTC!

All it keeps saying is that it unavailable so I have lost so many points. Will not load my fit bit. Keep trying to get the new fitbit and I think im just over it

All it says is "information not available. Try again later" so I tried again later and as you may have suspected, everything is still unavailable.

Very straightforward and tells you what you need. The app is quick and not buggy. Easily exceeds my expectations. I never review apps, but this one deserves a positive review!

Too many bugs. Always freezes or kicks me out. Always says "stopped working." For a company that makes millions in premiums, it shouldn't be hard to create a working app!

I was out of town. Lost my ID Card, but was able to use this app. to retrieve my personal information. I could also look up my doctors, their address, phone and fax; everything I needed to know.

This application doesn't let me to register, I was informed by application provider, this is not the application problem, this is the Humana site bugg, which doesn't let me to register, now I don't know if I have to fix this application registration problem or application provider will fix this problem :)

Every time I try to log in, it tells me could not sign in right now, try again later. But every time I try again later, I get the same message.

It is very HANDY to have at your Fingertips....If I Need anything.... Just go on Humana.....It's Great...! Love it !
