HulloMail Smart Voicemail

This is a really good app and really handy. Been using this for a couple of years now and works like a dream. The new logo is a bit garish though. Had it on my homescreen but had to move it off to another screen because it was annoying me! :-) Great app though.

Good app. But despite support, the premium purchase option doesn't seem to work on my phone. Seems an odd thing to not get working....

When will all the IOS Features be available on Android please

Hasn't been updated in about a year, and about the only update after all this time is a new logo! from last weeks email I was expecting some all new and improved app. Very disappointing.

New company? One update in one year for a changed logo? Is there a major update coming soon like interface etc? I love it.

New icon is ugly as hell

Used to how great, now some voicemails come through after about 4 days even though I have Internet on and notifications enabled. One was an important call I missed from my family so wouldn't recommend this app anymore. I'm going to try visual voicemail plus which seems to have much better reviews.

I've been a paid user of this app for around 6 years. Over the years accuracy had gone down and for the last two years they have been unable to correctly present CLI for international calls. This means none of these messages or missed calls are correctly matched against my address book. Very annoying. Throughout this time I have reported this issue to support and they just inanely blame 'their carrier'. After all this time either fix the bug or change carrier. Not recommended due to poor support.

It was great until notifications stopped working. I'd have willingly paid for the service if it were demonstrated to be reliable. Annoyingly HulloMail seem to only offer support in response to poor reviews. It would be nice if they instead just fixed the issue.

Hullomail seemed to be fine at first, but now I've tired of it. The number of voicemails that people have left me, and it's not notified me of, is completely​ unsatisfactory. Every now and then it will tell me about a missed call from someone who didn't leave a message, but that's precious little use to me. Uninstalling.

This use to work well but now iv missed so many messages I even pay extra for the business but today I have had people tell me they left messages but I have not received them, I even phoned myself and left a message which I never received. App no good for business

For some reason, I no longer receive notifications of new calls. Very annoying. And I often need to go in and manually sync to receive new messages as it doesn't sync on its own as I set it to in settings. I have been a paid user for over 6 years. I will cancel my subscription.

I don't know if it started when I purchased the voice to text portion or not. I pay for the professional version and subsequently purchased the voice to text, as well. Many voicemails seem to cut off in the middle or at some time when the voicemail is no where complete. It would also be nice to have it backup to my Google Cloud as opposed to emailing me a copy. More of a 2.5 star application.

Sadly yet again the app has switched back to only replaying voicemail messages over the phone speaker. Pressing the loudspeaker button weirdly then makes it quieter, but still comes out the loudspeaker. Should come out the earpiece instead! Has been a recurrent issue for years, hoped they would have sorted by now. Notifications also extremely unreliable, often nothing at all so only realise days later that I have a voicemail. The support team are of little help either, just saying other users don't have this issue (incorrect as evidenced by comments here) and their solution is always just to reinstall the app. Which doesn't fix it.

I've been using this app for a long and in theory it absolutely hits the mark. In practice I just do not get notifications for new messages. I've used this app across at least 6 devices, 2 very different brands, and around 6 or 7 years. In all that time this simple and crucial issue has still not been fixed, so I am now looking for a new app that actually works.

Galaxy 8. Sometimes the app will download messages but mostly it has to be done manually resulting in missed messages. I use it for business, I've missed many important messages resulting in thousand in lost revenue

Never notified about new voice mail (Samsung S7). Have even gone thru support about this - temporarily fixed but reverted . Will be uninstalling as cannot use unreliable app that means I miss important voicemails

Do not bother. Too unreliable. Constantly fails to display notifications of missed calls etc. This is vital for a voicemail app.

Used to be a big fan but having changed my sim card from an iPhone to a new Android handset all seems to have gone horribly wrong. The MMI numbers for activate/deactivate no longer work and display an error. This is ok if I never want to change the divert but if I do Hullomail support advise ringing Vodafone. Vodafone of course say they cannot do this and I wasted more than an hour on the phone trying to resolve this with them yesterday. Like an idiot I paid for this when installing as all worked previously. Maybe I can swap the sim card to my old iPhone to effect change, but seriously is it worth it? A shame really as it was all good on my old phone.

The concept and app/service actually works really well... Unfortunately it doesn't sync my contacts. Have reported to support twice (a few months apart from memory) and still no working solution.... A bit of a shame otherwise i'd give 5 stars!

Used to work great, but since moving to a Pixel the push notifications no longer function, which pretty much renders the app useless for its core purpose.

Message delivery is a little more reliable but now it seems to want to broadcast my messages via the speaker and not the phone earpiece. Useful that...

One of my all time top (personal) apps, I've never had a problem with notification. I'd love to see it integrated with a phone dialer

Not sure when this started but not getting notification of voicemails... So I've missed a few annoyingly. Repair and will up my score

Has been brilliant up until the past week, none of my notifications are coming through, I have reinstalled the app and still no luck

1. speakerphone is not working with this app. 2. even worse, if I have to listen to message by ear my ear hits the ad and my phone goes to a website. time to try some alternatives.

Not playing the messages? Even though there are 2mins, and 1minute messages.

Volume too low - even in a quiet environment and with my phone volume (Samsung S7) on full, I cannot hear my messages.

Since updating to Android 7, no longer getting notifications, doesn't record all calls and crashes when trying to go in to settings. Sort it out! *** Follow up.... I have emailed the crash report through the app, maybe you're getting too many to find mine? I have now uninstalled as I need a reliable VM solution**

I love it BUT it needs a redesign. Very outdated look. Any news on upcoming redesign?

Now it just won't stop crashing. Developers haven't responded to my feedback emails with screen shots.

I have used this application for quite a while now and in all that time it has been functional. Lately thought I have noticed that it's getting a bit tired. Visually it's very much out of date, the last update was a year ago. Also things like loud speaker don't always work nor the seek controls. Lately it's even forgetting to notify me about calls
