Worst app.... Minimum delivery order was 200, order accepted by vendor and received a call that they have a minimum order value of ₹550.... Another store rejected the order with statement that they doesn't deliver in that location.....its better they should close their stores if they can't deliver..... Total time waste app....

If you are not capable to feed customer's need why you running such BAKWAASS App 4 order make No one delevred It's then when customer care called me and told your​order will definitely deliver by same day

Fake app... 2 times i ordered same order , they cancelled again n again, 1st time i use this app, fake app don't buy through this app...1 st order they told me reason due to SLa expired its not my mistake, 2nd time again i ordered they told me out of delivery area, then i call to delivery guy hetold me that delivery possible in your area... SO PLSS don't download this app...my 1st order no. Is DEL_00441012 and 2nd isDEL_00441607.

Only 3 comments...worst .....worst.....worst....my more than orders have cancelled. I wrote up to MD of Unilever and US HQ, instead to resolve the issue one legal manager has called me and threatened for legal notice. I always got the orders form Bigbasket on or before the time. Please do not waste your time to download this Application.

Nothing can spoil your mood as brilliantly as this app does. The price they offer you on app vs the price at which you get items delivered are quite different. In fact they will not deliver the items but will cancel the order from their own side and then fool you for 48 hours that there is some technical issue and after that they will tell you to go to the story by yourself and collect stuff where you will be insulted and probably you will return with more loss than profit that the coupons of this app offers.

Does not deliver order. Manager is never available, always on holiday, never give revert back either on mail or on phone call, you just keep calling them for your order but you will never receive them inspire of reordering from another store.

Doesn't work fine. Order always gets cancelled by itself. Then the code doesn't rework, you make new id, they get a new download added and you get Nothing

I have placed orders 5 times.Still nothing has been delivered and when I called Customer support then they makes funny excuses like your order has been expired,out of stock,Due to store closed order doesn't received

This is a fake app they use your information without your consent. Their sales executive asks for your number and name and register on app without your consent​. Just ask for OTP. And register through their phone. Moreover they will even place fake orders on your behalf. What the bloody hell? when asked customer care that I don't even have app on my phone they say we are just registering your number and placing demo order .. they will missue your information. Better avoid them.

Fake app never get your order deliver.its just a app to waste time they won't deliver your product.if you take to customer care they will give funny reply.it seems they are sitting there to make people fool.never ever try this app.

This App don't do anything. My local retailer told me to download this app. I ordered two times using 100 rs. discount voucher. Next day app showing your order is delivered but received nothing. No one is here to look into this problem . Wasted my time due to these LIARS.

They have many stores.. But stores hardly have any products. The ones that have basic products such as biscuits will deliver to limited areas only and they cancel the order hours after placing. Overall pathetic.

This is the most pathetic app I have ever used. Order gets expired/cancelled by the retailer. Customer care can not help you in any case. Discount coupon used in cancelled order can't be used again. If possible, I would have rated this app in negative.

Pathetic app, placed two orders only to see them cancelled. They don't honor discounts, don't honor price errors (that's acceptable), is lazy and quite dishonest when making commitments. So, all-in-all, an avoidable app. Such vendors which still is लालाजी mode, and isn't not ready to adapt to today fast moving mode, doesn't have any space in my list or anybody to-have list. AVOID
