Big Finish Audiobook Player

Love this app. Wish I could stream directly but downloading is quick and simple. My rate of listening has really picked up!

I really didn't want another audio app on top of VLC, iPlayer etc but this does the job splendidly.

Does it's job well but would be nice if I could sign up through the app and make purchases through the app and browse the catalog

To be able to use again after last update I had to delete the app meaning of days and days of downloading my library

Works very smoothly, remembers where I left off.. easiest way to get a Who fix while driving !!

Amazing way to take big finish with you wherever you go

A simple and straightforward app that allows me to listen too all my Big Finish purchases. Whilst I still buy CDs from Big Finish, the app is so convenient I must admit most now sit on the shelves still shrink wrapped. The new details function is very useful. If you could add the ability to purchase your productions through the app that would be even better - if very bad for my bank balance.

Elegantly Simple. Works better for seamless playback than most audio players. Only two things needed: you should be able to enable local folders to play as well, so it would be able to play the Big finish content that it "can't due to rights restrictions" (ie. Items not purchased directly from BF.) Or indeed any audio file. If it could do that it would be my primary music player! I agree with others in that I wish you could purchase from the app. I've had no issues with crashing that others say they have experienced.

Great way to access media from Big Finish. It does continue in conflict with apps such as Google maps so parts of the playback can be missed. (The Audible app does not have this problem.) Wish there was a way to increase the volume within the app. Bluetooth connections require that the volume be increased to the maximum within my Android-based phone.

Right, straight away I'm baffled that you can't sign up in the app 'you must log in this time' I'll have to go make an account on my desktop. Second of all I've held off this long just because I want to keep all my audiobooks in one place, being Audible, but it seems only a select few of your titles make it there.

I'd like to buy programs on the app with Google play money and not have to use my credit card on the big finish web site.

Much easier than downloading files to play on your devices. Works well. Stable after several months use. Works on Mobile and tablets. You have to purchase stories from the Big Finish website. They frequently have sales so check the site frequently for good deals. As of 11/2017 still working well and a regular customer.

It would be handy to purchase thru the app but as someone said already, my bank balance would suffer badly! Great app????

Just downloaded this app for my Doctor Who series now the TV show is about to die and found it took up quite a lot of memory sadly in almost 1GB of it. I've had to delete apps but to no avail which means I may have to delete this for now...

A simple but well-functioning app for listening to Big Finish stories, and it gets better with every release! They're obviously working to keep improving it. Thanks for adding the details view, it was on my wish list!! :)

This app is exactly what it says--it's a player. I have access to all of my Big Finish purchases, with a choice of access from the cloud or downloaded to my device. I can search titles by the app's index or through a search. The layout is clean, simple, and easy to use.

Love it! For the future please add streaming, chromecast and ability to purchase. We now have storage options!! Next streaming, Chromecast or both :) Update: Great update. Now we can see the details!

Great app to play big finish titles. Only downside is that it is not available for Kindle fire so had to transfer it.

Does exactly what you need it to do. Excellent way to take your Doctor Who audios with you everywhere you go without the need to rip CDs.

App is great. Content is great. The only thing keeping this from 5 stars is the lack of an on screen widget or a now playing notification

Great app for listening to all of Big Finish's usually great output. The addition of the details view is a great update and short of a link to the store, this app is probably the best it can be.

Can't find my audio books. Unable to use app

A great app, though purchasing and wishlist functions would be great in the future. :) I wish the Burnice Summerfield seasons 1-11 were available for download...
