I am baffled how I can't even view my CRM contacts using this app. Updating status in the field and viewing contacts is really the absolute baseline that should be acceptable. Your website is non-responsive (at least on contact view page?) and your app is useless.

I have sidekick as an extension on my computer at work. In the app, I only get notifications for my work email. There doesn't seem to be any option to monitor emails on my personal email with the Inbox by Gmail app, which I currently only monitor on my phone as my laptops broke.

I use this on my office computer. While it's great to know that my original email was actually opened, I get many notifications of them getting opened again and again when I know for fact at times that they aren't, like when a co-worker is sitting right in front of me and I get notifications that they just opened the email again. I get notifications sometimes showing 10+ reopens in a day, when there's just no way that's actually happening.

Wow guy's please tell me you are working on building mobile part to your crm? I like your crm that I can use on computer, but the mobile app is worthless to me without being able to update client info, access my database, etc Please work fast, I had high hopes for this being a great solution.

No doubt Hubspot CRM is one of the best out there... However the Android app is no use for managers. Please offer the same features as you do on the iOS version. Shall review better then.

I can't see what everyone is moaning about. It's free, as are the outlook plug in and the crm. This let's you see when your emails are opened, who's got time to manage contacts on the fly? All I want to know is if someone's read an email I've sent and this does that perfectly, thanks.

Getting worse - crashes whenever used. Seems very under powered - can't deleted contacts among other things.

Why would you even release this, there's zero functionality here... Waste of time and space.

And you know what this is coming from a customer who just paid 10k to you Hubspot. Worst!!!!

Pointless app, there's no crm functionality

I don't know what everyone else is experiencing but I have tried figuring out what's causing them not to show (notification settings in android, 3rd party filter apps, uninstall then reinstall) and i'm fairly certain it's not on my end. Latest update did not seem to make the problem go away. Again, great idea overall...no complaints about the main functions of the app. Just please fix the notifications so I can be promptly alerted when a customer opens a tracked email.

The basic function of adding contacts and adding notes. Where is is it?

This app is just a waste of time, why show me something if I can't act on it, that is the core of CRM and you missed the point.

Creepy but excellent. You'll find yourself having anxiety on slow replies when you know the message has been read.

How is there no actual crm app for the phone?? I want to view contacts and add in notes when I'm away from the office

There is no CRM functionality here just push notifications of someone opening your tracked emails. More of a nuisance than anything. I suppose I should have read the description of this app first.

No feature on the app. A good CRM has to have an app. This one is not worth calling an app.

This app only asked you to track email opens, it won't let you view your contacts. Very disappointing as that should be the primary function for this app.

Don't even bother to download this if you're an Android user. It is currently only available for iOS if your a CRM customer. My only work-around is to use my iPad on the road. Apparently the Android app is in beta testing and won't be available for a few months.

This shouldn't be considered an app. You can't see anything but the alerts...

It's fustrating that i have to have a apple device for the official app. I have an adroid I want to view my crm when I am not at the studio, I need the official app to view my crm

This app is completely useless. HubSpot really needs to work on mobile friendliness.

Really disappointing app. Didn't expect that kind of app from Hubspot. Can't even access contacts. Compare it with Zoho CRM app - there world's in between.

Since I can't even perform a simple task like add a contact it is as much use as a chocolate teapot

App doesn't work, fails to notify and also stops the desktop app from working. Very poor.

Yeah this app is not useful at all. Need the app to have full CRM functionality.

seriously, if you dont have a mobile app for the CRM, why don't you just say it, this app is worthless.

All this app provides is a list of your HubSpot Sales notifications. Nothing else. Absolutely worthless.

It is dumbfounding that hubspot hasn't integrated Mobile CRM.

Can't find my Google Account or for that matter doesn't allow to add another or any other email client from what I can see thus far.
