It cant find my motorola verves and will not connect tryed allsorts and no joy please fix !!!!!

Disappointing indeed. Only 4 variables controlled for the Verve Rider: vibration toggle, locator map, name customisation & voice alert toggle. Where is the EQ info? Where is the pass through toggle? Even the battery strength isn't updated real time. C`mon Motorola, you could do better than this! Takes the steam out of your best products!

I can not get the app to connect to the earbuds. i only connected the earbuds twice in a week period. The app display trying to connect and that is it. The app then display, disconnect. Is the app bad or the earbuds? Is there something else i am doing wrong? Not happy right now.

Connecting>Disconnected>Connecting>Repeat! Oops something went wrong turn off Bluetooth and try again! Fix your app already I mean are you serious? I buy Motorola's flagship phone the Moto Z Force and it has no headphone Jack so they can sway you into buying their Verve ones and their app doesn't even work most of the time. Good Job! Fix the app already!

Truly an awful app. Interface is not user-friendly at all! My Verve Rider connection was unstable with my phone while my Sony SBH80 had no problem to connect with my phone at all. In addition I tried to press the 'skip the track' and 'skip to the next track' buttons but it the app just doesn't bring me to the EQ settings. Very disappointing.

An astonishingly bad app. What is the point of an equalizer that you can not use while listening to the ear buds? ( This criticism was an error on my understanding of the device added back 1 star for the customer service) It is unpractical to need to dock the ear buds to change the settings of a safety feature ( pass-through). Combine these irritants with the fact the the app is incapable of finding the ear buds and you have an app that kills what cold be a wonderful product.

Just got VerveOnes+ today. Installed the app and it paired just fine first try. Used it to update the firmware for the headphones (with several disconnects mind you,) and now it won't connect to them again. Already did the uninstall/reinstall, but still no luck. Very frustrating when you have to use the app to change certain settings. Also frustrating that they HAVE to be in their case for the app to connect Edit: Emailed support on 2/21/17 asking to look into connection issues with headphones. Nearly two weeks later and I haven't even received a response. For such a big company, that's very poor customer service

Cannot connect to app with Verve one ME. Even though able to pair and listen music. Tried different phones same result. Uninstalled

The verveones me headphones are great- android​ connected via my S7 edge Bluetooth no problem. Finally got the app connected but it doesn't seem to do much. Last location where the headphones were used but that's it. Is it supposed to do something else?

I have been having connection issue as well. Version 1.00.52. Can't find how to update it. The app keep disconnected from my Ones and don't know how to set up my Ones without the app. Please help fix this problem!

VerveRider's bluetooth connectivity with my Nexus 6 is seamless. Last known location, voice prompts, battery status and help topics are a nice touch. Why this app has gotten such a low rating is beyond me.

HI, got the ververder+. Headphones work well with normal bluetooth connectivity. I am not sure why i am not able to connect it via motoconnect.. It just says Sorry, lets try to fix this. I am using the motox 2013.

bought a brand new motorola g4 plus 32gb and then: 1-installed this app on it 2-tried to update my verve ones with the latest updates available on "hubble connected " app 3-get update cancelation since the update takes forever to transfer from the phone to the earbuds repeatedly 4-am not able to connect my $200 verve ones to my $250 brand new phone anymore since it seems now that the two devices are clearly conflicting with each other can anybody contact me?

Just bought the verve loop plus and it will not find them. I would like to use the features that I payed for. The app is good but it's just not working.

50 freaking MB for the simple functionality of knowing the battery life of the headphones? Not likely.

Very hard to connect app with verveones. Constantly disconnecting. Last GPS update on 12 March even though I use it daily

Damn thing will never connect to the headphones. I have successfully made them connect 2 times out of nearly 100 tries I imagine. Reinstalled numerous times. App I terrible since you can't use it. And besides, why the hell can't I change every one of these settings (including passthru) from the headset? Headphones Great! App terrible until they fix the connection problems.

I am using the VerveOnes+ stereo earbuds. Please add the possibility to change the master earpiece so that we can switch between them when we do not need to listen in stereo, thus being able to charge the left piece while using the right piece.

Have a small problem with the app and earbuds when watching a film the earbuds have a delay so when a spoken word is said it's out of sink any advice ??? as can't find a fix on the app or on the Internet Very annoying when watching a good film over all a good app

I bought this about a week ago.. paired it with my Samsung galaxy s7 edge via Bluetooth and it works fine. I found out about this hubble app a day later... read all the comments or reviews (most of them negative - I wonder why).. but I decided to install the app anyway. How was it?? It works great ! I can hear the battery level being spoken to me.. it says "device connected" when paired with my phone. The Equalizer is working well... overall I'm very satisfied with the hubble app and my verve rider + !!

So far the app is good just stupid weird that I can't change eq settings easily unlike my IconX. Also the battery life figures are inaccurate. Says 75% on left ear. I close the case and reopen it then changes to 100% then close and reopen again without taking the buds out it says 75% again. Very confused case or buds.

The app works OK on my Shield tablet, but on my Galxy Note II it cannot find my Verve Ones even though the phone can connect to them via bluetooth.

Can't use this apps! Always searching for device.. But doesn't contact.. I can use only via Bluetooth directly. I can't believe That is belong Motorola! This application is very poor and doesn't work!

Only the left connects? Not both of my Verve One's + and it never connects for the right? My Note 5. I've tried every step over and over wasting time on this to connect and done. Not happening! How many times do I have to turn on & off my phones Bluetooth and switch the position of the earbuds in their case and Turn the Case over and over without this app connecting. I just see Connecting & Disconnecting. Never Connected! (I Never get or See Connected for My Verve Ones +) In this app that is Crap.) For as long this app hardly is ever connected but unconnected trying to connect my VerveOnes+ . Taking more than 5-10 minutes or more with tries... Needs to be updated. My Hint doesn't have this issue....Now I've had my Replaced VerveOnes+ and now this app is connecting but for Video voice syncing is off.

Solid product and app. Not sure why there are so many negative comments here. Be sure to charge your device and read the directions BEFORE using your device with the app. Also, visit the Verve Life Youtube channel if you need help.

I bought it was ok but for videos the sync audio issues I download latest firmware still same problem and all videos lipsync lag not match the audio please fix it.By the way support terrible never return back to you
