Whenever I try to track my pet it comes up as gprs error out of network. Geo fence doesn't seem to do anything either. I haven't been able to find a phone number for hubble and motorola is no help. Has great potential if it would work. Also takes FOREVER to connect
Hard to tell if it is a hardware issue or software issue since no way to set up or monitor the Scout66 when app won't connect to it. Tech support / customer service is useless with absolutely no knowledge about their own products. The reply to every issue /email is " I'll forward this info on to our techs" then no follow up at all. Final straw was when their tech support specialist said that they don't have any Scout66 to test the software on. Obviously Motorola has lost all credibility since buyout.
99% of the time this application is simply unusable. Notice that the only positive reviews of this garbage are from people with nothing to add about it. I called Motorola and their own tech complained this is "so new" no one has any info or experience with it. Oh and if you like to upgrade your networking hardware often, AVOID, this registers to the wireless network it was first set up on, and cannot be moved without first unregistering... 3 routers later this is a paperweight
Unfortunately despite owning a brand new $250 Motorola scout 5000 this software is so bad it makes the supposed premium product absolutely worthless. Most of the time my phone freezes or the app crashes. I have no way of tracking my dog as the gps button seems to dissappear. It drains the battery aggressively. The app often lags or displays little functionality, the menus and the buttons are unresponsive, I cannot control the quality of audio and video being steamed nor can I adjust the volume on the collar
Scout 5000 with Hubble Pet Cam app, is the worst combination or hardware and software I have ever ATTEMPED to use. Tech support for both the hardware and software consist of blaming Hubble for the software and Motorola for the hardware. Both tech support groups solution to functionality of the product is to reinstall software and power down and up the hardware. The software app is SOO Bad on my LG G3 android that the app not only crashes itself, it also crashes my phone. It is so bad that at times I need to remove my battery to get my phone working again. I also tried the app on an Iphone 6 with the same crashes of the application and needing to reboot the iphone. Mobile tracking is a total joke because of intermittent 2g mobile coverage. If you’re pet goes missing the likely hood that you could track him/her is probably less than 5%. For a $200 product I would expect functionality that works better than 5% of the time. Even on WIFI the application constantly crashes and video from the camera is only okay with bright daylight. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!
I can't even get the collar to connect to the app. Wasted 200 on this collar.

No matter how many times I attempted to pair my Motorola Scout 66 camera with this software I could not get it to work.

Bought this brand new. Very simple instructions which do not work at all. Was unable to get my android 6 samsung note 4 to recognize the camera at all, nor my HTC. Without this, it cannot be tracked either. So this product basically came dead on arrival. You have 2 attempts to get it to connect, after this the device believes it has connected and there is no way to reset the device to make a third attempt at connecting. It is a $300 paperweight, but it's going back. Best buy, you should not be selling this product anymore, it should be recalled because simply put it does not work.
